3 day stay while attending the Boardwalk Music Festival

Stayed 3 nights as we attended the music festival on the beach. Great place and owner was awesome. Would definitely stay there again

Family vacation

Great property! Jonathan was great, we were able to check in a little early, he was always fast at responding to any questions we had.The property was clean, just as advertised and a great overall location. Really close to the beach and the Bay, close to restaurants and bars as well. We enjoyed the barbecue and hang out spot out back too.

Excellent place!

Apartment was clean and in a great location to the beach and boardwalk. Jonathon was excellent with our check in and check out process and was easily reachable with questions or potential issues (none we encountered)! Overall everything was wonderful, will definitely recommend to others that are visiting the area!

feel like home away from home...excellent place.

We had an excellent stay at this ocean city beach condo. it as clean well maintained and best for a family. the location was perfect , just steps away from beaches and restaurants. Kitchen was equipped well and beds were comfortable. The host was very accommodative and responsive, ensuring we have everything we needed for a perfect vacation. we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning in the future.

Close to boardwalk and beach

Great location and was good for a last minute family getaway for a few days. Our only complaint was the outdoor shower was at the front of the house and not enclosed. The house was a little on the damp side which made some of the doors stick a little.

Thank you for being our guests! As mentioned in the check-in documents all of our units are fogged between guests with a CDC approved anti-viral which is used in hospitals and nurseries. This solution usually dries within an hour or so, but leaves a protective layer across surfaces. It's to assure that all of our guests stay healthy in their visit to OC MD! With 3 AC units per condo, they do an amazing job at keeping the units cool and removing humidity. We look forward to seeing you and your family again next year!

Great spot for families with young teens

Location location location! Near the heart of the boardwalk but quiet and family-friendly. Neighbors greeted us upon arrival and Jonathan was very responsive with everything. My one suggestion: Provide a 12-14” pan and a large bowl, to make cooking easier. I would definitely return.

Great location, easy to work with manager, overall great stay

We were very satisfied with this property overall. The location is fantastic. Three minute walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer--restaurants, shopping, places for ice cream. Easy to walk to either end of the board walk and also to the bay. The house was very clean, stocked with everything we needed (including laundry detergent for the shared washer/dryer which was a nice bonus with a toddler), the front porch was great, and Jonathan was very easy to work with. We were very satisfied. I give it only three stars on account that our unit (while impeccably clean) was a bit run down: with mismatched paint on the walls and ceilings that contributed a drab atmosphere. The small yard was under construction so not especially pleasant to spend time in. The sofa was not comfortable and squeaked a lot when sitting/shifting. A few improvements (e.g., fresh coats of paint in the kitchen and living rooms; in the back some minor landscaping or potted plants, an umbrella for the picnic table, clearing away construction debris) would make it a pleasant place to hang out when you're not at the beach. These things aside, we enjoyed our time and we'd consider renting again.

Thank you for your feedback Jennifer, and thank you again for being my guests! Unfortunately when I did some touch up paint between guests a few weeks ago to cover any scrapes or scratched paint, the touch up paint didn't match the old perfectly. A guest prior to your stay also knocked the ceiling fan off which caused some marks on the ceiling which will all have to be entirely repainted in the off-season. As to the couch, all of our couches are sleeper sofa models, and it's just their nature to make a little noise when you sit or move as you are being supported by the sleeper mechanism (which that unit's couch had replaced last year with a new mattress as well). We take pride in the continual upgrades (OCMD's Government gave us an award for them!) that we've been making to the building inside and out, and while we are pretty darn good now, we are always getting better. I look forward to seeing you and your family again next year!

Spotless and convenient to the boardwalk.

Great place to stay for a couple or small family. Dealing with the owner was easy. He was readily available. The bathroom is a little tight. Parking is a little tricky on the street, but there is a paid lot behind the property. Overall, we had a great stay.

Excellent option for families

This was our first trip as a family to Ocean City and Jonathan couldn't have made it any easier. He communicated with us promptly from the time we made the reservation to the time we arrived back home. The unit was perfect for me and my wife and our three daughters - ages 7, 8 and 11. Jonathan even gave us great recommendations for restaurants and he pointed us to the nearby Assateague Island, where we collected seashells and saw wild horses. It was a great side excursion from the busy boardwalk. The unit was a very short walk from the beach. Try to find street parking, or you can park in a lot behind the building that is owned by another person. We paid $80 to park there from Saturday afternoon to Wednesday morning, which isn't bad for a gauranteed parking spot. Excellent option for a family with young children. It's apparent that Jonathan rents to responsible families and not the college-age party crowd. I highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay

Jonathan was kind and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. We got there while a plane show was going on so there was no parking which was a nightmare but after that was over we really didn’t have any issues. Very close to the beach extremely convenient… I would definitely stay again.
