This flat was perfect for our stay. The hosts were wonderful. They let us leave our luggage at the apartment both when we arrived and when we checked out, so that we didn’t have to cart everything around the city. The flat was perfect. Excellent accommodations and the A/C was much needed in the July heat. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic location for exploring Rome. Easy walk to all the sites, even with children.Loads of excellent restaurants nearby, great breakfast venue almost opposite.Apartment clean and has everything needed for a base. The terrace is a great bonus to have.Comfy beds, lots of space, I’d highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a few days during a spring break trip around Italy. For our Rome portion, this flat was perfect. Clean, roomy enough for a family of four, and located within walking distance of multiple significant attractions. The hosts were very communicative and great to engage with. Would definitely stay again if we return to Rome.

This place is conveniently located, walking distance to most sites. Great food nearby. The host and property management are wonderful. Truly a great place to stay!

Great property in an amazing location

Plenty of space for our family of 5. The location is ideal with everything we wanted to see within 15 minute walk. Lots of pizzarias, mini marts and shopping near by.

Rome trip

The flat was beautiful and in a perfect location. There were plenty of restaurants close and only a 15 minute walk to so many ancient sites! It was a great trip.

Beautiful Rome flat

Cute little place, great location!

The flat was perfect for our family of 5. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance! The air conditioning was perfect for the 90 degree F days we stayed there. Communication with the host was perfect, all the info we needed to know and more! Would stay again!

Nice location

Decent apartment in a good location. Good restaurants and bars close by. Two bathrooms was a plus although one was pretty small. Air conditioning was good in the heat except the one bedroom that had none. Overall it was a nice stay.

This apartment is perfect for a family. It is close to all. The whole process was great. I was able to communicate with someone whenever I needed them. They were very hospitable. I will be booking with m again.

Perfect stay for any Rome visit!

This flat worked out perfectly for our family of 5 (two adults and three teens). We loved having the two full bathrooms, spacious sleeping areas and air conditioning. The flat was clean, great washing machine and great location. Ilaria was easy to get a hold of with any questions and so hospitable. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend to others! Thank you!!

Lovely property in the Monti neighborhood

We spent a delightful week here in late March 2023. The property is ideally located near numerous restaurants, major bus lines, and just a 15 minute walk from Termini Station. The Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, and Trevi Fountain. Best part of the property is the outdoor terrace where we ate several meals we prepared ourselves.

Good location and comfortable apartment

Apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a small elevator. It was clean and comfortable stay. They had minimal amenities but we only stayed for a few nights. The spot is near a busy road so there is some traffic and lights that make the apartment not totally dark at night.

You are totally confusing with another apartment! This is on the 1st floor and all the windows are not facing the street but only an internal small court and a private terrace! Moreover, there is also an elevator, modern, comfortable and functional.

Roman Holiday

The property was well located and within walking distance of most of the sites in Rome. There were a number of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The apartment itself was adequate for four guests and was well equipped. There were only two private bedrooms and one of those was equipped with bunk beds. There was an optional trundle bed setup in the kitchen area. I would recommend this location for any visitor.

Great stay!

We loved the spacious apartment, outdoor space, and great location. Washing machine and a/c heater were great! Appreciated the restaurant suggestions and that they let us store our bags in the apt since our flight was in the evening. It was a little strange that the walls of the main bedroom don't go up to the ceiling, and the smaller bedroom has no window, but has a small vent that opens to the main entrance of the apartment. But overall, a great stay!
