Enjoy the sounds of the waves while watching the sunset in our fully renovated condo. Nothing but the rocks and waves underneath you as it is away from the main pool terrace. Spacious unit only a few doors away from the ocean view hot tub. Gated access to Mismaloya beach. Walking distance to the town. Onsite seasonal restaurant for lunch and dinner. Uber, taxi or bus right at the entrance.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
- Close pop up couch and return folded mattress protector, pillows and blankets to the cabinet under the tv. - Donate any items/food to staff, - Wash all dishes and place back into the cabinets dry
- Hang wet towels to dry on showers - Dishwasher to be emptied, left open to air out - Mattress/pillow case protector and comforter is to be cleaned by guest in the washing machine if soiled.
- Used dish cloths to be washed - Drawers and cabinets sorted as presented. - Store all appliances as found cleaned and dried - Clean COFFEE MACHINE. Leave lid open to air out on the counter
