Wonderful stay in spacious, comfortable luxury condo. A short taxi ride into town and for those who can walk along beach, a nice walk into town. Very nice restaurant in building. Would stay again.

Beautiful property

We stayed for 10 days in apartment 9D. We loved it! My husband and I stayed with our teen daughters and it was a great stay. The apartment is set up with everything you need and the view is breath taking. The walk to the beach was short and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The area was safe and quiet and we would definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Stay!

Indah is an incredible place! It looked beautiful on the listing and it was even more beautiful in person! Breath taking views! Super spacious condo, incredible pools and bars, best gym I’ve ever seen for a condo! We walked down into town, Ubers are very affordable. Quiet at night! Really beautiful spot

The Indah is a lovely property in general. It's 40ish individual suites, many owned (we met quite a few owners on the roof), some rented out. The rooftop area really is outstanding -- amazing (warm!) pool, great service (the staff knew all 4 of our names by day 3, they treat renters as 1st-class citizens), nice drinks, good food.Our unit (9th floor) is on the best corner (away from the neighboring building), so great feel of space/light. Wonderful balcony to spend infinite time just loving the view. The place was/is well-maintained, felt clean/new, and very well-appointed kitchen with above-average pots/pans/dishes/wine-glasses/etc.Outstanding service -- very responsive, lots of detail, great communication all around.The only thing I'd say is various reviews of the Indah talk about it as if it's just a 3-5 minute walk from the Romantic zone. This really isn't true -- it's at least 15 minute walk, and that's either along what is a fairly major road/highway, or partially along the beach. We found taking an Uber extremely affordable and never more than a 5-minute wait, but the walk in the dark is to us a no-go, so we wish it was just a half-step more walkable. But the hosts here do a great job.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location, the amenities the polite and helpful staff.. Ut was all perfect. A Little Slice of Heaven

This corner unit is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and the sliding doors fully open on 2 sides to allow the peaceful sounds of the waves to take you to a heavenly place. The owners and the bldg staff were amazingly responsive and kind. The food was delicious from both on site restaurants. The only negative was that the cocktails were a little weak but the views from the rooftop and both infinity pools make you forget all about it. You will not be disappointed with your stay. We loved every minute!

Spectacular property

The condo exceeded our expectations, even better than that photos. The view was spectacular to rooftop pool bar and restaurant where where we spent most of our time, the food was great and well priced. The location to the areas we wanted to visit was convenient. INDAH AT SAYAN

This is our second stay at this beautiful condo. We could not wait to return ! The condo has stellar views and is a corner unit so there are ocean front views and north and south views. It is well appointed and very comfortable for a family or couples. Thank you Kyra and Cesar!

Paradise !!!

We loved this unit so much. It was great for whale watching, gorgeous sunsets and just sitting on the large balcony and soak in the sun. We loved the rooftop pool and restaurants ( food is excellent and priced reasonably) The unit itself is beautifully appointed and has everything you need to entertain and have dinner in. Downtown is 160 pesos cab ride and 5 minutes away. Kyra was wonderful to deal with and we will be booking again soon.

Great condo in excellent location

Stellar condo in an amazing building. The condo was roomy, stylish and well-equipped with everything we needed for the perfect vacation. We loved the balcony with breathtaking views of the bay and a great vantage point for whale watching and spent most of our vacation there! The hammock was another great vantage point to laze away the afternoons while taking in the views. Close to the sea and a short walk or taxi ride into town it benefits from being in a quieter zone ensuring a great night’s sleep. If you want a luxurious, relaxing stay with access to a gym, heated pools, hot tubs and two restaurants & bars then this is must!

5 nights in paradise.

We stayed 5 nights as a family of (4 adults and 2 kids). The listing accommodated us perfectly. There was a minor hiccup at check-in with the QR and an unmentioned resort fee but both were quickly remedied in our favor. This was our only issue. Now the good stuff. The view alone is worth the price. The unit is also spacious, clean and well apportioned. The rooftop pools are spectacular and the services at the restaurant, gym and front desk are top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend this listing to anyone interested.

Sayan Indah was excellent

The condo we rented was amazing! Highly recommended. Hosts were great--very responsive, easy to communicate with and very helpful. Views from our unit were nearly 180 degree ocean, floor to ceiling. Spectacular. Unit was in excellent condition & well appointed. AC worked great. New clean water filtration throughout unit and property. On site pools were fantastic. The kitchen service--at the pool, bar or room service was so good we never went grocery shopping. Great menu, high quality food. We will definitely go back.

Excellent condo with a beautiful view

The condo was clean, beautiful, and had a breathtaking view of the water from the balcony. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and there was security at the front desk which made us feel safe. The faucets and kitchen all used filtered water which was a huge plus. The unit had 3 nice rooms (one had a view of the water) and laundry machines, as well as an indoor hammock. Overall the stay was great and we'd definitely book this place again. The only *slight* downside was some construction happening (the noise did not occur during quiet hours) but the owners notified us well in advance and worked out a deal with us. Definitely recommend!!

Great Place but Hot Water was an issue

This unit is terrific, and the owner (Kyra) was extremely helpful and responsive. We suffered from periodic lack of hot water for all 5 days of our stay, and most showers were taken in cold water -- but the water there is not super cold, of course (it was obvious that the hot water pressure is too low, as flow fell sharply when even two hot water faucets at the sinks were turned on). Kyra hounded the local people to fix the problem while we were there, and I expect they will fix it soon. I sure hope so, because we want to come back and stay longer -- this unit is outstanding and Kyra is terrific!! Despite the water issue, I have to give this unit a 5-star rating.

Look no further

Our stay here was the perfect choice for us with our son and his family. Our grandchildren, ages 1 1/2 and 3, had all the amenities they needed—-two beautiful warm pools, a choice of onsite restaurants, quiet bedrooms away from the adult gatherings on the gorgeous deck, and loads of space to exercise their little legs. The friendly staff remembered their breakfast orders day to day—pancakes, of course—and greeted us with a smile every day. The kitchen was well-stocked, although we didn’t do much cooking while in PV. Creature comforts and unsurpassed views of Bandaras Bay from the open air balcony set this property apart from any other we’ve visited! We took a couple of walks down to the ocean, and the walk was more challenging than expected, as was the walk to the nearest pharmacy along a very narrow, winding, and busy street. My recommendation: take a taxi—-it’s very inexpensive. It was also much appreciated by us English-only speakers to have dual language hosts at the front desk in the lobby to arrange transport for our group of six several times throughout our stay. Also, a huge thank you to Kyra for arranging a speedy purchase and installation of a Pack n Play for our tired toddler upon a later-than-expected arrival…above and beyond! Overall, I highly recommend this property!
