Casa Bella 3 & 3a is a 3 bedroom house with air conditioning, which can be sub-divided into two individual apartments. The ground floor has two bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, hob, microwave washing machine etc.). Living and dining area with private garden. The first floor apartment has double bedroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with large terrace, balcony and an additional large roof terrace. All furnishings are to a high standard with luxurious fixtures and fittings. The house is located within a small private gated community of 20 homes set within beautiful gardens with 2 pools. Within less than a 5 minute walk you can be at the beach, shops or restaurants. The marina is less than a 10 minute walk and the beautiful Mondrago Beach/Nature reserve. We aim to provide you with a special holiday in this beautiful location.
