Lovely villa with swimming pool and large outdoor space, surrounded by the countryside and a few minutes away from the magnificent coast of eastern Sicily.



The villa spreads over the ground floor, with access from a tiled path leading to the entrance, which opens onto the bright and spacious living room furnished with an open-plan kitchen equipped with all amenities, including an oven, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine and a kettle. In the same room guests will find a dining table, a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a TV wall unit. The interior is in the shades of blue, which reminds of the sea and gives a relaxing atmosphere to the entire villa.



The first bedroom is provided with a queen-size bed, whose headboard is decorated with a floral pattern, the same as the nightstands. The second one is equipped with two single beds and a blue nightstand. A bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.



The villa features an annex with a third bedroom with a pool view, which is fitted with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.

The highlight of the property is the wide outdoor space with a swimming pool at the center, which comes with a sheltered patio decorated with an outdoor lounge and a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying delicious meals in the open air.

At guests’ disposal facilities such as the air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, and the heating pump.



Guests will benefit from a private external parking space inside the building.



*The pool is available from the 1st of April to the 31st of October.

Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, on the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. Booking policy

Check-in takes place between 15.00 and 20.00 and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

Check-out must take place by 10.00.

Check-in or check-out requests for out-of-hours times may be possible according to the facility and the team's availability. An additional cost ranging from € 20 to € 40 will be charged for arrivals after 20.00.

Parties or other events at home cannot be organized.

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.

Animals are not allowed unless specified otherwise.
