He intentado comprar una casa en la batería durante años y finalmente encontré este frente al mar, 5 años de edad increíble batería externa casa! 2 camas y 2 baños de más de 1700 pies cuadrados y una ubicación increíble ... Plan abierto y vistas de un lugar a otro .... Feb 2016, Conde Nast Traveler llamó al Outer Battery Village uno de los "lugares más bellos de Canadá ... ". Ellos continuaron diciendo "... Amarillo soleado, rojo cereza, azul turquesa-St. Las casas de colores pop-art de Johns, conocidas colectivamente como Jellybean Row, parecen especialmente impresionantes agrupadas en los acantilados de este barrio costero lleno de ambiente justo a las afueras del centro de la ciudad ... "

Estamos literalmente a pasos del sendero para caminar hasta Signal Hill National Park y tienen otros senderos para caminar junto con acceso cercano al sistema de senderos urbanos Grand Concourse. 5 minutos del centro en coche y 10 minutos a pie. Tiene una terraza con vistas panorámicas del puerto y para ver.

Esta es la mejor ubicación de la ciudad y una base ideal para disfrutar de esta increíble provincia!

A great location with a spectacular view overlooking St John’s harbour! The accommodations were excellent with all the amenities and very clean! Driveway is a little tight so be sure to have a compact or midsize vehicle. We would definitely recommend this a must stay!! Thanks!

The place is great and the pictures don't do the views justice. You have 180 degree views of the harbor from the kitchen out to the deck.As noted, parking is tight. It's easy, but hilly, walk into town.

Unser Haus lag direkt am natürlichen Hafen und hatte zwei schöne Terrassen, die direkt am Wasser lagen. Was wir nicht bedachten, dass im Hafen auch nachts Ladung gelöscht wird und es dann sehr laut werden kann. Das Appartement lag zudem sehr zentral, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Es war gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Allerdings hatte ein Schlafzimmer nur ein Doppelbett vonn1,20 m und das dritte Schlafzimmer war, da sehr eng und ohne Fenster, nicht nutzbar. Das sollte man bei der Buchung beachten.

A fantastic house in one of the most beautiful locations on earth. The harbour views are stunning with endless boat and bird watching opportunities. The house is just steps away from an incredible hiking trail up to Signal Hill. We loved our stay.

I cycled across the country and staying at this home was like finding Shangri-La. It’s better than advertised. Mornings and evenings were spent on the patio overlooking the harbour watching ships go by and looking for whales. The dining table offered the same view. The shower was excellent (and much needed) and the two main bedrooms also looked out on the water and were great. The proximity to Signal Hill and its incredible hike (as judged by the popularity and steady stream of hikers) is an added bonus. Yes, the final bit of road is narrow and the parking is tight; some may find it a challenge but it was fine for me. Thanks for an awesome time!

The property couldn't have been in a more beautiful place! To wake up every morning, open the door and be "on the water" at the mouth of St. John's harbor was AMAZING!Very clean, VERY well stocked in the kitchen. The bed was more comfortable than my own. We loved getting up and, being a very short walk from the trailhead, take the scenic trail up to Signal Hill. Wow!Thank you Pat for sharing your home with us!

This would be definitely one of the best hidden gems we have found! We absolutely loved this place: the view is breathtaking and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended stay! We’ll be back soon!

Parafise by the Water

This property is truly a piece of paradise right on the water. The host is incredibly kind and understanding and we wanted for nothing. Strongly encourage you to visit this property. Just also advise that you be very mobile, as there are several hills when you are out walking. We all just loved staying here!

Once in a lifetime experience of St. John's!

Our stay at Patricia's Luxury Waterfront Home at the bottom of Signal Hill more than exceeded our expectations! The two decks were the most amazing place to sit and relax in the morning / evening with full panoramic views of the harbour & inlet which can also be seen and enjoyed from the bright & clean upstairs kitchen & family room. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee & tea plus all the pots and pans you might need for cooking. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with waterfront views. (Our kids, ages 9 & 10, found the 3rd bedroom/den a little claustrophobic and opted to share the 2nd bedroom.) As others remarked, the street access to the house and driveway are VERY narrow - I wouldn't suggest arriving in the dark as it could be a real challenge. The location is perfect if you also enjoy hiking up Signal Hill to take in the breathtaking views along the coast. Thank you Patricia for being such a gracious host - we hope to come back again!

When we entered the property we were thrilled with the cosy clean feel of the home. We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. Water views from every angle. The home is very well equipped and the pics do not do this place justice. Its paradise. Only bit of stress was getting the car in and out of the area for a small stretch that is only one lane. Parking was no issue. Highly recommend this property.

A wonderful vacation cottage

We had a terrific stay at this cottage. It was well-equipped and was located in a wonderful location. It was hot during at stay in St John’s but the ocean breezes cooled us while we sat on the deck. Highly recommended!

We did not make it to Newfoundland! Nobody stayed!

Unfortunately we didn't make it to your property. Our flight from Waterloo International airport was about to land in st.johns when he decided it was too foggy and flew us back to Waterloo. 12 hours on a plane to end up right back where we started. We lost our transportation also, no cars to be found on the island to rent. I reached out to VRBO try and cancel our stay but I have not received a response Some sort of refund would be nice as we never even entered said property. Yours truly, Christine

great place!

we really enjoyed staying here. just sitting out on the deck and watching the Harbour was great. walk to town didnt take long. the place was very clean and had everything you would need.we felt we couldn't have picked a better place to enjoy our time in st.johns.

St John’s accomodation

This property is fantastic. The view of the harbour and many cruise and other ships is amazing! All four of us loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to St. John’s!
