Family-friendly detached Villa with privet garden and communal outdoor pool.
A lovely air-conditioned luxury two bedroom Villa set back from the main pool area in the much sought after Limnaria Villas complex. Villa consist of open plan kitchen with spacious living room, two bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom plus a WC on the grand floor. The property is fully furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings, fiber internet, flat-screen TV and a safe for your valuables.
The Villa has a private garden with spacious terrace with direct access to swimming pool area. In the garden there are also sunbeds and a bbq. Perfect for both summer and winter holidays.

The Limnaria Villas complex has a beautiful pool area and is located 2 minutes from restaurants and shops. There is a public beach a short 5-minute walk away (400m) and the main harbour area with many great restaurants and bars is only a 10-minute walk away. The complex is in central Kato Paphos, just a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. There is no need for a car however there is a parking area should you want to rent one.

Local attractions that are within close proximity are:
-The old town
-The Kato Paphos Archaeological Park

There is also a bus service from the harbour that runs frequently that takes you to the Tomb of the Kings, Coral Bay and to the Water Park.

For golf enthusiasts there are several excellent golf courses not far away, such as Elea, Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Minthris Hills and if what you are looking for is more family centric/ friendly.
there is the Marios Golf Park which can also be reached by a short bus ride from the harbour bus station (line 610).

It is a lovely property with a great pool area. The location is a short walk to the beach and a 15 mins walk to the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants close by. We had a lovely time and would recommend to friends.

Villa was all you could want for a home from home stay. Well equipped lovely villa and the pool was excellent and was never too busy.. location to beahes and harbour were superb., all within walking distsnce. Also owner David and local host June were always contactable and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bella. The property was immaculate when we arrived, and is beautifully appointed with everything you need to make your holiday perfect. The furnishings are high quality, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are lots of lovelylittle touches, like water in the fridge on arrival, hand soap in every bathroom. David called the day after we arrived to make sure all was ok and again towards the end of the holiday. June and Darren who manage the property need a mention as the property was spotless and both were on hand if we encountered any issues.We really didnt want to leave and we have booked again for next year.

This is a lovely villa in a quiet area close to beach, pool area was always quiet, villa was clean,with everything you need , personal sunbeds for pool area . We had a couple of small issues but host was easily contacted when needed, only thing that might help would be an information book to help around villa

A hidden gem

We were overwhelmed with the hidden gem we found off the prom in paphos. Big open plan kitchen with back and front garden. 2 pools to choose from. Ideal for kids. Highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Bella and what can I say but ,WOW!! Everything went smoothly from booking the villa to returning home. David the owner was always very helpful and kept in touch with us every step of the way, also June (who looks after the villa for David), was always on hand if we had any issues, as we did have a little problem with the shower in the master bedroom but this was resolved the same day! She also helped with a medical problem my husband had, which we were very grateful of, nothing was a bother to her 👍. Location of the villa is very close to all the amenities, supermarket about 10 mins away and the bars, restaurants and harbour only 15 mins away. I would highly recommended this villa, it’s the best one we have stayed in and would definitely return, a big 10/10!!

10 day stay

The villa and gardens were excellent, fully equiped with everything you could need for either a short or longer stay. The communal pool was very well maintained and manned by a life gaurd during the day. The gardens in the community were beautifully maintained also. The location was also great, with a local mini mart 10 mintute walk away, bars and restaurants and Kato shops 20 mintues walk. There are also plenty of options to hire a vehicle to drive further afield and explore the island. Communication with David the owner was frequent and he was very helpful, and when we did have a couple of small issues, Kevin the site manager who lives locally, visited us a couple of times. I would suggest that anyone arriving late (as we did) make sure you have some supplies with you. Or a welcome pack in the fridge could be added to the villa. Our first night was not great,as we couldnt work out the air con and there weren't any instructions left anywhere and we had no food or water. However as said, Kevin arrived next morning to help. (Apparently the cleaners had taken the instruction pack to update.) Overall a great stay and we will probably return. Thanks.
