After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used Airbnb abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.
Silvia, whilst being a new member of our team, is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.
We started off as property owners and from the beginning we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance to county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
It’ll be an honor to have you stay with us at Miami Apartment Rentals!
Natalia & Silvia purchased this condo in 2015
Miami’s weather is pleasant all year round, which allows people like us to enjoy the city’s incredible range of activities. From outdoor sports, to a vibrant art and design community, to performing arts and events of all kinds, Miami has never been more busy and sophisticated. Coconut Grove has a very special flavor, with lower buildings and a trendy atmosphere and within it, this is a unique building facing the ocean, the marina, the islands and next to Peacock Park.
Sonesta hotel amenities, assigned free covered parking. Unique place, the house of many famous refined souls with privacy in the middle of everything you may desire. “The Grove” is a trendy, artistic neighborhood on the coast of Biscayne Bay adjacent to Coral Gables located at minutes from downtown Miami’s Business District, the Port of Miami, South Beach, Coral Gables, the University of Miami and the beaches of Key Biscayne.
We had a wonderful, relaxing experience.. The only suggestion would be a larger coffee maker. We had 4 people and the 2 cup did not work for us.
We would return to Sanesta.
I don't think the views could get in better anywhere in Miami. Located a very convenient and nice area of town, Coconut Grove, that has a plethora of great restaurants to choose from including a Fresh Market just down the street a couple of blocks. Furniture and furnishing were all nice and very well appointed. If the need to be in the Miami area presents itself again I will definitely look into the availability of this unit.
A well done clean apartment with the most gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset. Natalia was responsive and very accommodating! Thank you for a wonder place for our Thanksgiving holiday.
Appartement tres sympa, tres bien decore, moderne, cuisine super bien equipee. Restau de l'hotel tres bon. A recommander pour un prix tres raisonnable.
Lovely condo , beautiful decoration, very french mediteranean style. All new and perfect conditions. Amazing place to relax, enjoy the terrace at sunset, the view from this condo is breathtaking . Great restaurant in the building and in the area of the Grove. No car needed ! Will definitively book again for Christmas this year with family. Thanks!
Reasons to visit Miami? Enjoying the open spaces, gastronomy, arts, outdoor sports, boating and water sports, galleries, exhibitions, shopping...etc. Others come for real estate investing, to visit the large network of hospitals, the many local universities, to do businesses with the growing number of corporations, banks and investment firms...etc. Below, some spare time ideas you can expand in Bing or Google:
For SUPERMARKET: Fresh Food Foods is nearby. Also Milan’s. Both upscale.
For RESTAURANTS, see our Guest Book, which you will receive in digital after booking (on paper upon arrival). Many options in the Grove, including CocoWalk.
For fancy indoor SHOPPING: drive to the new Brickell City Centre for prime retail and fine dining (for complete list, visit website).
For OUTDOOR shopping, eating and tourist shops, the Bayside Marketplace, by the water.
For PERFORMING ARTS: check the Arsht Center upcoming events. For other events, the American Airlines Arena.
For RUNNING OR WALKING: see our Guest Book. You are in front of the water and the choice is yours. Search Coconut Grove Walking Tour and you will get some ideas.
For MUSEUMS: the new PAMM, Modern Art, and its environment is worthwhile. Very soon the Frost Museum of Science will open doors (1S 2017). Unmissable. Also, the Vizcaya Museum
For ART, explore Coconut Grove. It has a good reputation. Also, go to Wynwood. Take pictures of the over 200 urban graffiti (perhaps take an Art Walk Tour before). Continue to the Design District for high-end shopping and galleries.
For BEACHES: South Beach (more urban) or Crandon Park in Key Biscayne (more isolated). That key is a tranquil one and so close to town. The drive is gorgeous. Go to the end of the island, to No Name Harbor to see the yachts.
For ART DECO, go to Ocean Drive, at Miami Beach. You will have seen it in so many movies! Once there, go to Lincoln Road, a pedestrian street with tourist shops and non-expensive restaurants.
For a LONG DRIVE, go to Key West. We recommend that you spend one night there to avoid a very long drive. Avoid Fridays in your way down or Sundays to come back.
To finalize, a paragraph from Wikipedia:
“Downtown Miami is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, and many large national and international companies. The Civic Center is a major center for hospitals, research institutes, medical centers, and biotechnology industries. For more than two decades, the Port of Miami, known as the "Cruise Capital of the World", has been the number one cruise passenger port in the world. It accommodates some of the world's largest cruise ships and operations, and is the busiest port in both passenger traffic and cruise lines.”
