Property was as advertised. Communication was perfect. Helped with private water taxi reservations. Cleanliness of the shower could use some work but we had an awesome stay!

The apartment did sleep our party of 10 but it was definitely cramped- we expected it to be a little more spacious. Also, there were definitely not extra pillows and it seemed we were short the minimum number.

First time in Venice

The property manager worked with us to let us in early after an early morning flight into Venice from the U.S. which was fantastic. Super convenient to everything in Venice. It’s probably a 10 min walk from the boat taxi drop off. Our only issue was one of the A/C units in one of the bedrooms was not very cold but the other 3 were very cold. Not a big deal and we didn’t complain. Property managers were very responsive before arriving and while there, they helped us navigate our first trip to Venice.
