This breezy one bedroom, 1 bathroom semi-detached house is located a few minutes walk to the beautiful Bottom Bay Beach. Living room has a sofa bed that can sleep 1 guest.

The Bedroom with King size (or two single beds) has air conditioning along with a bathroom with a shower.

The open plan dining and living room opens out to the patio with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The house sits on the cliff and you get a lovely breeze throughout the day. Both Doors to Patio and entrance have mosquito screens to protect you and still have the breeze coming through. This Provides A Great Advantage As You Can Eat And Relax In Comfort Without Disturbance From Insects. From The Front There Is A Lovely View Of Shrubs And Trees.

The House is well equipped with a full kitchen with Stove, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Cooking utensils, plate ware along with a washing machine and dryer. Cable Tv and Internet/wifi are provided. Ceiling Fans Are Strategically Placed In The Patio, Living Room And Kitchen For Further Comfort.

This house has free parking on-premises and is located in the quiet neighborhood of Atlantic Rising.

After A 3-5 Minute Walk, and down a flight of steps you get to the spectacular Bottom Bay Beach where you can hire loungers and spend a lovely afternoon under the coconut trees. This beach is also popular with many couples for their wedding ceremony.

Another five-minute walk will take you to Harrismith Beach, another secluded beach on the Atlantic Coast, and a further ten minute walk will take you to Long Bay, often referred to as Sam Lords Castle beach. The historic Sam Lords Castle Hotel is being rebuilt and is projected to be completed In Earlya New Restaurant, Dis Ole House, Opened In 2020 Just Outside Of The Sam Lords Castle Hotel Entrance. You Can Drive There In Five To Seven Minutes.

A seven to ten minute drive from the property will take you to Shark Hole Beach which is one of the few places where you can actually swim along this Atlantic coast. Diving from the top of the cliff is also possible for the more adventurous among us and at times the local lads and a few gals put on quite a diving show.

The Crane Hotel is about a twelve to ten minute drive from the property and offers fine and casual dining at its restaurants. On either side of the Crane are two other restaurants offering casual dining. Cutters Restaurant includes vegetarian meals such as hummus on its menu and makes a really good quality rum punch. Marco Polo Restaurant includes on its menu a traditional English fish and chips dinner on a Friday night.
