This home was build in the early 1900s and has been updated with modern conveniences. This home has 4 Bedroom, 3 baths, a large well equipped kitchen and dining area, it also has two living areas for relaxing or watching TV and a washer and dryer . The house has a great location just blocks from all the downtown attractions. Stay here and walk to the Hot Springs, Spas, Shops and several great restaurants.

Pagosa Springs offers year round activities; snow skiing and dog sledding in the winter, camping, hiking and fly fishing in the summer, just to name a few. And no matter what time of year you can always enjoy the Hot Springs and spas around town.

We loved our stay. One said it reminded her of grandma’s house—it was so comfortable. The porch was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We watched deer stroll through the yard nibbling on small apples from the trees in the yard.

Location is perfect!

A nice large home for an extended weekend vacation. It absolutely meet our needs and the location allowed us to walk to town, the Hot Springs Resort, the river and many restaurants and shops.

Great location, charming house

Very roomy. Plenty of living room and dining room seating. Lovely porch for morning coffee and evening meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate for use, hot in the July evenings if you aren't accustomed to houses without a/c. A little hiccup the first night with beds not changed and no clean towels, but owner made it right.

Our family had a great stay. We loved the location and couldn’t beat the amount of space in the house! I do agree with the other posts on the house could be a tad cleaner but that was a very small deal compared to the greatness of the location and size. Overall loved it and will come back. Thank you!

Wonderful stay for hot springs and Wolf Creek skiing

Rental location was perfect for the hot springs (walking distance) and the space was exactly what we needed for a group of friends to play games and chill after skiing! Very comfortable and clean
