SMALL PETS OKAY! Welcome to the mermaid studio/efficiency apartment! The perfect tucked-away apartment off of historic Dearborne St. Manasota key is just a short 5 minute drive away. Enjoy all the wonderful local events Englewood’s has to offer. Equipped with your own private patio with a small chimnea (all fires must be extinguished before 10 PM please), comfortable Patio outdoor seating/hangout area, shower, kitchenette, coffee maker, microwave fridge, free 5g Wi-Fi, workspace streaming. Walking distance to farmers market on Thursdays, Historic downtown Englewood loaded with fun shopping, coffee shops, live music, theater, restaurants and more! This Apartment is next to a fairly busy road with some street noise, please only bring well-trained pups or cats on a leash for your fur baby's safety.
