Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We are just a few short steps from the private beach which is great! We have stayed here the last two years and will continue to stay here for our family vacation.

It was clean and it’s a great neighborhood. They had everything you would need to go to the beach and cook!

We've stayed in the Magnolia Cottages by the Sea neighborhood many times, but this was by far the best property we've visited. The bathrooms are beautiful and the whole house is updated. The kitchen was well equipped, and the shed was full of beach toys, chairs, etc. Also, the host Megan was outstanding. We didn't have any issues at all, but she was very responsive and welcoming. We'll be going back!

The property was so perfect. We had two adult sisters and our teenage daughters for a special spring break. The condo was so cute, clean, quiet and welcoming. We all felt comfortable, slept great and created so many great memories. The property was also in a perfect location to the pool and beach and was priced vey reasonably. The bikes and beach chairs were also such a nice bonus. We hope to go back!

Great location. Host was very responsive. House was great. Perfect size. Fabulous amenities. Golf cart and bikes. Enclosed patio for morning coffee was so peaceful. Can’t say enough good things. Enjoyed our time

This house is wonderful—we’ll-appointed, cozy, and an easy walk to the beach! We loved our week with family and friends. Super convenient to Alys, Seacrest, Rosemary, and the new Watersound Publix. Highly recommend!

Great location close to the beach. Although in a neighborhood, the home is on the end of the street and feels private with surrounding trees. The home is clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed relaxing in the screened in back porch and the bikes were very useful!
