For a quiet time to relax and listen to nature. Deer Run Cottage is perfect. There is a king size bed in private bedroom and 2 single beds in the loft area that will accommodate 4 people. The rustic cabin has modern conveniences such as a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster and 2 TV's with DirecTV. And with a view of the mountains and trees from every window you'll enjoy getting back to nature. So sit back and relax, either on the spacious deck or in the hot tub. It is nestled in the beautiful Pennsylvania mountains but close enough to amenities. Such as County Line Restaurant that offers home cooking. Two golf courses near by for the golf enthusiast. And there is Little Buffalo state park (seasonal) in Newport that offers a water park for the kids, kayaking, paddle boats, fishing and hiking. I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Getting there was easy, and the place was exactly what I was hoping for. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus—perfect for relaxing. The stars at night were incredibly vivid. Communication with the owner was excellent as well; they were quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

It was so cozy and beautiful. Our first morning there we were in the hot tub and saw 2 deer run by the cabin! The campfire area was extremely comfortable and the kids LOVED the loft area! It was very clean and smelled amazing!

The cabin was so cozy, plenty of heaters and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and there was plenty of wood for us to keep the fire pit going. The hot tub was just what we needed and the spa robes were an added bonus. The whole cabin was very neat and tidy, inside and out, and it was obvious Tim took great pride in the maintenance of his property. He also responded immediately when I had a question right after we arrived. I highly recommend his place!
