The entire area is full of cafes, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, gelaterias, supermarkets, and shops.
The apartment offers all the comforts: Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a 55-inch smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Located in a historic building, this recently renovated 120-square-meter apartment will meet all your needs.

The layout and rooms are organised as follows:

• MAIN LIVING AREA: Here you’ll find 2 sofas, a 55" smart TV, and a storage area where guests can leave their belongings.
Both sofas can be converted into comfortable double beds.

• BEDROOM 1: Spacious and furnished with a double bed, a closet, a chair, a mirror, and 2 nightstands with lamps.

• BATHROOM 1: Here you’ll find a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Shampoo, soap, and towels are provided for every guest.

• KITCHEN + DINING ROOM: Here you’ll find everything you need for cooking: a 5-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, and dishes, a water heater, and a small dishwasher. This space also features a dining table with chairs (seating 8 guests). All the essentials for cooking are provided: salt, oil, and sugar.

• BEDROOM 2: Spacious and furnished with a double bed, a closet for your clothes, a chair, a desk, a mirror, and two nightstands with lamps.

• SECOND LIVING AREA: Here you’ll find a sofa, a smart TV, and a storage area where guests can leave their belongings.
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable standard double bed.

• BATHROOM 2: Bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet. Shampoo, soap, and towels are provided for every guest.

• PATIO: We also have an outdoor patio with chairs and a sofa for relaxing and unwinding. It’s wonderful to spend some time here in the evening sipping a glass of good wine....
