Welcoming apartment ideal for families located within the Baglio degli Ulivi residence, a well-maintained complex immersed in greenery in the south of Lake Garda, in the Lugana di Sirmione area. The residence offers a large swimming pool with a children's area, spacious sunbathing zones and a large park where you can relax and where children can play safely.
The beach of Lugana di Sirmione is located just a 10-minute walk from the residence and offers pedalo rental, a restaurant and bar on the lake. Less than a 10-minute walk away is also a large playground, much appreciated by families, with a cocktail bar where parents can relax while the children play.
The apartment features a spacious covered terrace, furnished with a dining table and a relaxation area with a sofa, perfect for enjoying outdoor moments. Inside, there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils, as well as a dining table and a living area with a sofa and TV.
