Just outside the commercial area on a quiet street with a center island. Just a short walk down Union Street to the Courthouse and downtown area. If you like art and an eclectic environment this is the getaway for you. Relax on the front porch for your morning coffee. Enclosed back yard for your pooch or just relaxing. High Speed Internet!

Can't beat the value and location
Cute Victorian home that has what you need for your stay. Has a fenced yard with a small dog door perfect if you have a dog. So close to downtown yet no noise. Steve is very attentive. You really can't beat the value. One bedroom is upstairs, one is downstairs, perfect for three people. Has two window ac units which kept the place cool very well.

I first came to Prescott in 1972, following a girlfriend from Southern California. I fell in love with Prescott that summer and told myself that someday I would move here. That time came in 1983, as I finally escaped the commotion of the big city life. Since then I have been a real estate investor, builder, a mortgage broker and a real estate agent.
Why they chose this property
This home is unique! It has the best location close to the Courthouse and downtown area of any home in the area. I fell in love with the architecture and style of my 1895 Victorian at once. In fact there were two back up offers to purchase it, but I closed the deal in 1983. It's one block off the commercial area, sits a little higher for views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain, the street is quiet, very few steps to get to the front door, and a private back yard. This is all the 305 E. Union side.

It's close to everything - restaurants, shopping, Courthouse activities, banks, the library (around the corner), live performances, Starbucks...
The living area is on two floors, with the bathroom on the main floor. The outside porch is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying morning coffee. And there is an enclosed large private back yard for your pooch.
