Stay & Play offers guests a view of Antelope Golf Course right from the back door. This quiet neighborhood is perfect for golfers and travelers as it is near the airport as well. This delightful two bedroom one bath will take you back in time with its darling, vintage decor. Stay & Play is central to Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley making it the perfect place to adventure around Northern Arizona.


Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 20 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers Smart Tv to stream your favorite apps with complimentary wifi. The sofa pulls out into a bed for additional sleeping space.

Dining Room: The open concept dining area provides seating for a party of 4-6.

Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven/stove and toaster.

Bathroom 1 : This bathroom includes a shower and tub with a single sink vanity. The bathroom is stocked with linens for guest use.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King sized bed, dresser, Tv, lamps and closet.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two twin beds, bedside table and closet space.

Office: This room offers a desk for working remotely and a small sitting area.

Laundry room: The laundry room is accessible off the kitchen for your convenience. Amenities are available for guest use.

OUTSIDE
Stay & Play is perfect for those wishing to stroll the neighborhood in the early morning or evening. The backyard overlooks the golf course so you’re able to watch golfers pass by or tee-off yourself.

*Other things to note:*

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

Wanderlust Prescott Retreats is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make Wanderlust Prescott Retreats aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

Wanderlust Prescott Retreats may be reached 24/7, guests may use app or contact information from the welcome book.
STANDARD HOUSE RULES
•     No parties or events allowed without prior consent.
•     No smoking Allowed.
•     No pets allowed without prior consent.
•     No unregistered guests allowed.
•     Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
•     Please respect the noise curfew (10pm-6am).
•     Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
•     Please respect check-in and check-out times.
•     Please take care of the furnishings.
•     Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
•     Please do your dishes.
•     Please take out your trash before you leave.
•     No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
