Great property and within easy walking distance to the downtown area and whiskey row. If you have a larger vehicle like a sprinter, parking is a little tight but doable. Great place to stay in the heart of Prescott.

This is a charming, very comfortable place. I stayed 2 weeks and it was generally well supplied with basic necessities like coffee, tp, paper towels, shampoo, bath towels, etc.Location is great, close to downtownI would definitely consider staying here again.

Small but comfortable for one person. The location was great and the host was responsive when I needed anything. There were some minor repairs that need to be made - toilet paper holder and kitchen faucet are both loose.

The guest house was so nice. The entire home was so clean and comfortably laid out. Check in was a breeze, we had no issues. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and the little side room to put our clothes was nice. Bathroom was so pretty. The property is well located to every place we visit while in Prescott. We have stayed at other properties of Melanie & Eric and have always had a 5 star experience. We would stay here again.

The place was cute, clean, and easy to check in and out of. I loved how close it was to downtown and Whiskey Row, making it very convenient for exploring the area.The only issue was the parking. The alley is very narrow, and the entrance through the wooden fence is tight. A motorcycle was parked directly across from the entrance, making it extremely difficult to pull in and out. Aside from the parking, I really enjoyed my stay and thought the place was great!

Location, location, location! This place was within a max of 8 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Prescott. Perfect for two people and well stocked for what you need for your stay.

Great Accomodations!

Our stay at this property was great. The accommodations were very clean, and comfortable. We were able to easily walk to the historic downtown area. Checking and out was very easy, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We hope this property will be available the next time we visit ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Very quiet and restful

My wife and I took a weekend trip up here, and we loved it. If was very clean, cozy, quiet and a nice break from all the noise of the city life. We would love to come back when we can.
