This quaint property features 2 cosy bedrooms, one with a 62 inch king bed and the other with twin beds.The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a walk-in shower. There was building work going on at the back of the villa as well as the villa direct opposite and others within the urbanisation. We contacted the host who told us she was not aware, however, management of the property confirmed that they knew. The dust from the building site was so bad that we had to hosed down outside area before we could use it.It was confirmed by the host that cleaning would be done weekly, however, management only provided what they called “light cleaning” which was just floor cleaning of a sort, light bathroom cleaning; not dusting and not cleaning outside. They provided a very old small dustpan and brush ( not a broom ) and there were not dusters. There was a hose. We were told by host that the pool man will clean the pool twice a week; this was only done one time per week other than the last week after complaining to the host as there was so much dust in the pool and on the pool cover that was unusable for a few days; the host made arrangements for the pool man to come a day earlier.On arrival there were some flickering and some missing light bulbs; we found some spares but not for all needed. The toilet cistern was faulty and kept on throwing water after flushing. The slider was semi blocked. The bed in the main bedroom was a double - not kingside as advertised. The outside furniture could do with being replaced, it was old and uncomfortable and one of the chairs was broken. We did not use the bbq as it was rusty and dusty.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations in certain areas, as we always hope that every guest leaves feeling relaxed and well cared for. We would like to clarify that neither ourselves nor our management company were aware of any construction taking place in the surrounding area prior to your stay. Sadly, the combination of this unexpected work and unusually windy weather did lead to increased dust levels. As soon as this was highlighted to us, we remained in close contact with both yourselves and our local team to support you in every way we could. Regarding the pool, the scheduled weekly cleaning was carried out, and once you raised concerns, we arranged for an additional earlier visit. We always act promptly whenever guests let us know something needs attention. A few points may also be helpful to clarify for future guests: • The main bedroom bed measures 62 inches wide, which is larger than a standard UK king-size. • Weekly cleaning is provided as described, and because the villa is self-catering and located in a warm, breezy climate, light outdoor upkeep between cleans is quite normal We take great pride in caring for our villa and supporting our guests, and this is reflected in the many positive reviews we receive.

Superb second stay at Rodanthe Villa everything you need is thought if.

We love this Villa in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca. Villa has everything you could need plus a 10 minute walk into Playa for restaurants and shops. This is our second visit and we hope to be back again next year. Love Lanzarote

Super villa fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Will definitely be back very quiet area, 15 minute walk into town which has everything you could need. Great warm pool. Kitchen fully equipped.

The villa was first class a real home from home but with non stop SUN absolutely fantastic. My wife and I could not have had better accommodation the house, gardens, pool and surroundings were first class. Hopefully get back for more holidays soonandwouldn't hesitate to book again. T

Beautiful relaxing holiday

15/6/18 to 22/6/18, we absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa everything u need is there! Playa Blanca is such a lovely place our only downfall was that we didn't stay for longer 7 nights wasn't enough for us can't wait to go back! The villa would not disappoint anyone 10/10

This villa has everything - gorgeous, peaceful surroundings with incredible outside facilities - a fabulous heated pool and lovely dining area with BBQ. Inside is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Super comfy beds and the shower is fantastic. It’s a real home from home where we felt relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Fantastic experience!

This property was not only to the best physical standards we could hope for, but the hosts were just amazing and made us feel extremely comfortable staying here. Everything was so clearly communicated and the check in process was super easy. The area is incredible and so close to everything you need and all facilities are exactly how they are listed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to make a truly enjoyable visit.

Nice clean 2 bedroom villa

Clean modern villa in excellent location just a short taxi ride from the centre of playa Blanca. The only improvement I could recommend is some privacy screening as you can be seen from the road and the villa opposite when sunbathing this would make the villa perfect.

Yes the driveway gate is open and any traffic which is minimal passing by and from a direction of which it is difficult to look in especially when the car is parked in the drive....we have considered putting up screening however we prefer the more open outlook...

A Gem of a villa

Spent 12 days in this lovely villa. Very peaceful and relaxing with a nice size pool , that's cleaned regularly. Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival. We hired a car , so it was only a 5min drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. The booking process is very easy and communication with the owner was excellent

Fabulous villa, fantastic location.

This was our first holiday abroad with our children and it did not disappoint!! On arrival at the villa was very homely. Gorgeous pool, the children loved having it too them selves. Nice 15 minute walk to the sea front and all the lovely restuarants. Highly recommended Lanis steakhouse and grill at marina rubicon. We will definitely be back thank you.

Lovely. Villa with great patio furniture.

We have just spent 24 days in this lovely villa and enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Inside it has a very modern interior and has everything you could wish for to make your stay just perfect. Everything you could need

We really enjoyed our stay in this great villa. It is modern, nicely decorated and has everything you could need for a holiday stay including a nice heated pool. There was a good little welcome pack to greet us when we got there, which was appreciated. It's in a quiet location, a bit of a walk from the main resort (25 minutes for us) but not too bad and less than €5 if you want to get a taxi back. If we were coming back to Lanzarote we'd definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing, our stay was very relaxing in a lovely quiet area, but also very close to the town centre. Approx 20 mins walk, with taxis close at hand. The heated pool & outdoor patio are a wonderful sun trap ,with a touch of shade for a break from the sunshine. We found the villa to be very modern, with everything we needed and more! A Fantastic Holiday!

Great villa in great location. Everything you could want for a winter break in the sun! Fran - our neighbour - was extremely welcoming and helpful. Reassuring to know help on hand should we have needed it. We would definately recommend Villa Rhodantha and plan to return!

Wonderful Villa!

We recently had a two week stay at this beautiful villa. It is very well equipped and has a lovely heated pool. The walk to Playa Blanca and the shops and restaurants took us around 25 mins at a slow pace but not hard! The area where Villa Rodantha is very quiet so it was very relaxing to spend hours by the pool which is just what we wanted from our holiday. Thank you so much Julie and Chris for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. We would highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Perfect stay at villa rhodantha ❤

Not much to say other than perfect stay villa was beautifully decorated well equipped peaceful area. Just a short pretty walk to lovely restaurants and bars.. enjoyed sitting having a cold beer a nice meal over looking the sea. Then either Walk or cheap taxi back to villa where we enjoyed relaxing by the pool.. best holiday will definitely be booking again.thanks to fran next very helpful. Thanks to Julia for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.... jo and Ian 😁
