Newly renovated to an immaculate standard, this luxury barn conversion rests in a picturesque countryside setting, and although the location is one of rural quiet, the beaches and towns of both Torbay and the South Hams, are within a few minutes’ drive.
Formerly a dairy barn, the cottage forms part of Higher Yalberton Farm and has been lovingly reimagined into a wonderful holiday home, completed with a large kitchen/dinner, spacious living room, and fabulous upper floor master suite.
