This lovely apartment is on the exclusive Manzanera development in Calpe with an attractive communal pool, private parking and a short walk to the beach.
The apartment has been well furnished and provides a lovely relaxing environment. It is spread over two floors.
The entry level comprises of an entrance hallway, air-conditioned lounge/dining room which has patio doors leading out onto the patio with dining space for 4 people. There is a sofa bed in the lounge if required. The fully fitted modern kitchen and a cloak room are also on the entry level.
On the lower level there are two bedrooms and bathrooms. The king master bedroom has air conditioning, TV, ceiling fan, wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and a vanity unit.There is a furnished patio leading off from the master bedroom.
The twin bedroom shares the same patio and also benefits from air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobes. There is afamily shower room which also accomodates the washing machine.
Externally there is an allocated parking space and a wonderful communal pool for residents use only.
