Your video is captivating BUT REALITY IS EVEN MORE STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL..AN OASIS OF PACE AND RELAX. Picturesque views of wooded hills surround enormous pool...swimming at sunset is an .unforgetable emotion plus there is the SPA.. great fun..even at cocktail hour..booking masseuse..an added joy! we all fell in love with..this glorious but functional property Bedrooms are spacious and insuite bathrooms are too. Kingsize beds are very comfotable. See you soon! Josephine

All fur coat - still working on the knickers!

Pretty property comprises 6 bed house and 1 bed annexe. Deposit is cash or bank transfer only. House with great layout and well appointed kitchen. Host kindly bought small bed for our youngest prior to our stay. Annexe newly decorated but no shutters or air con. 38 degrees so two opted to share a bed in the main house. Unfortunately air con in the kitchen and downstairs bedroom in house also not working. Agent suggested we'd used it too much, but kitchen unit had not been on. Came out to look at it, but it wasn't fixed during our 10 night stay. Pool amazing, but sun lounger cushion covers need updating. They came to take away a pool umbrella for fixing but didn't return, leaving two behind also faulty. Much of the house has been renovated to a very high standard, but some isolated areas of poor workmanship needed attention. Got the feeling we might have been some of the first to stay and that these were teething issues. It would have helped to have someone nearby who spoke English and could come out to help and also maintain the pool and hot tub regularly, clear pumps, test the water etc. Took pool vacuum out ourselves as rained and extension lead wasn't waterproof. Surrounding location is rural and picturesque. Only 10 mins from a small supermarket. Radicondoli is beautiful town with restaurants. Sienna, San Gimigiano and Volterra are an hour away and all worth a visit. Went to an aqua village Fallonica and pleasantly surprised at lack of crowds and reasonable prices.

Gentile Kathrine, la cauzione da parte tua non è mai stata versata nonostante sia previsto anche sul sito di vrbo, cosa che tu non hai rispettato. La casa sull'annuncio prevedeva solo l'aria condizionata nelle camere da letto e non nei saloni e nella cucina. La proprietà ha comprato l'aria condizionata al piano terra , 1 settimana prima del suo arrivo, ed è stato collaudata dalla proprietà prima del vostro arrivo ed era funzionante. L'uso improprio della stessa ha causato il malfuzionamento , i tecnici l'hanno travata piena di ghiaccio. Ciò detto, l'aria condizionata attualmente funziona perfettamente in tutto il piano terra. Per quanto riguarda la manutenzione della piscina, l'abbiamo avvertita che sarebbe venuto a giorni alternati la sera, ma quando gli è stato chiesto di far entrare il tecnico la sera lei ci ha risposto in modo arrogante e scocciato tanto che abbiamo deciso di non scrivere piu durante il soggiorno visto che era terrorizzata da pagare i servizi che desiderava. Abbiamo lasciato il nostro olio bioligico igp toscano come welcome pack del valore di euro 30 a litro come regalo, neanche è stato apprezzato. L'unica cosa che le interessava era non pagare la cauzione, prevista da vrbo e accordata da lei trovando scuse di ogni genere. Quanto all'arredamento esterno i cuscini sono stati rotti dai clienti precedenti. Abbiamo avuto dei danni da parte vostra che non sono stati pagati. Abbiamo avuto 5 stelle da tutti i clienti precedenti e da quelli dopo di lei.

Soggiorno indimenticabile

Siamo stati in questa bellissima villa in 13 persone (di cui due adolescenti e due bambini piccoli). Ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e gustosi regali di benvenuto. Hanno preparato con cura tutte le stanze che erano pulitissime, le culle e i lettini per i bambini piccoli erano impeccabili. Abbiamo utilizzato la spa nei giorni in cui il tempo non era bello e abbiamo visitato dei bellissimi paesini toscani nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione dei vini nella cantina che ci hanno suggerito e dei pranzi nei ristoranti eccellenti che ci hanno consigliato. Nei giorni in cui il tempo è stato bello, abbiamo fatto indimenticabili nuotate nella grande piscina che ha davvero un panorama mozzafiato!Ci hanno fornito anche il servizio di ristorazione con chef dedicato che non aveva nulla da invidiare ai ristoranti più esclusivi!La casa era full optional e il personale, sempre a disposizione per risolvere qualsiasi problema e accogliere le nostre richieste. Soggiorno fantastico

Cara Villa Poggialto, La nostra esperienza è stata eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. La villa è un vero paradiso, con tutti i comfort possibili. La piscina è stupenda, perfettamente posizionata per godere della vista stupenda. Il giardino è meraviglioso, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la natura. La cucina è attrezzatissima, con tutto il necessario per preparare deliziosi pasti. Tutti i mobili sono nuovi e realizzati in vero legno, aggiungendo un tocco di eleganza e autenticità agli ambienti. Abbiamo trascorso giorni indimenticabili tra la piscina, la spa e il barbecue. Grazie di cuore per la splendida accoglienza!

Bellissima villa!

L'esperienza a Villa Poggialto in Toscana è stata davvero memorabile. La vista è spettacolare sui paesaggi circostanti, unisce in modo unico l'eleganza rustica con il comfort moderno. Le camere sono ampie e decorate con uno stile unico. La piscina e la spa sono sicuramente tra i punti di forza della villa, strategicamente posizionate per godere della vista panoramica. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e pronti a fornire consigli utili su attività e attrazioni locali. La villa è impeccabile, con tutti i comfort necessari.

Superiore alle nostre aspettative!

Fatta la prenotazione l’host ci ha contattarli per accordarci su check-in e servizi. All’arrivo la casa era perfettamente pulita e siamo stati accolti con un welcome pack con olio e vino. La casa è tutta nuovissima pur avendo mantenuto lo stile tipico toscano. Il soggiorno è stato all’insegna del relax nella bella spa, nella piscina con un’aria meravigliosa, tra tour enogastronomici e nelle città storiche vicine. Le camere sono grandi e i letti molto comodi e grandi. Gli spazi comuni ed esterni sono tanti e pur essendo un bel gruppo sufficientemente accoglienti per tutti, anche il tavolo da pranzo per 14. La cucina e bbq sono accesoriati alla perfezione e abbiamo cucinato comodamente . Torneremo presto, grazie per l’ospitalità perfetta. Ci siamo sentiti nella casa dei nostri sogni
