This house, ideally located in Tuscany, in the heart of the Florence - Siena - Pisa triangle, backs onto the Berignone nature reserve with a view, in the distance, of Casole d'Elsa. Less than 25 km from Volterra and San Gimignano, the nearby area offers a wide range of cultural and gastronomic activities. Just an hour away from Florence, Siena or Cecina, you can alternate visits to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Italy, and days at the beach.

The house is composed of 3 floors, with on the first floor, a spacious equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and study; on the second floor, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; and on the second floor, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.

The property, besides the olive field, has several large terraces, one of which is covered and overlooks the private pool (6 x 12m), and a small chapel.

Amazing villa and very beautiful countryside

Good communication with the owner. Everything inside the house is very new and beautiful. Wlan perfect. Complete interior. Perfect to stay with 11 people.

Very nice place to feel good and relax

We had a very nice time in the house. Everything is very clean and modernly furnished. The pool is wonderfully large and the garden is spacious. The house is a bit out of the way (a larger supermarket is about half an hour away). The access from the main road could be a little better. The place is very idyllic and wonderfully quiet. We really enjoyed our time there and would like to come back sometime.

Having experienced more than a dozen Villas in Tuscany, Liguria and Piemento, this one was beyond expectations. The scenery and landscape are really beautiful, the Villa itself just perfect. Modern, but simultaneously authentic. And the pool. Wow.Just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our purposes - and, the most important one; the kitchen. We also ordered Paolo di Berti, a local chef to prepare us a memorable dinner. Delicious.Thanks for a lovely experience.

Nos vacances d’été en Toscane

Très belle propriété entièrement réhabilitée avec goût . Un joli mélange entre ancien et moderne/design . La maison est très bien équipée et connectée . La piscine est essentielle en cette saison; et réunie tous les convives avec la terrasse couverte pour se restaurer .

Eine wundervolle Woche

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Im Haus erwartete uns eine Willkommens- Überraschung. Die Zimmer/ Badezimmer bieten viel Platz. Die Klimaanlagen sind gut zu programmieren und regulieren. Die Küche bietet sehr viel Platz. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum geniessen ein. Der Pool war top. Das Poolhaus ist sehr grosszügig, hochwertiger Grill und nochmals einen grossen Kühlschrank. Wenn es ein Problem gab, konnten wir unseren Gastgeber jederzeit erreichen. Eine gelungene Woche mit Freunden. Vielen lieben Danke!
