Esta villa de un dormitorio / un baño está ubicada estratégicamente en Kissimmee, que es ideal para los visitantes que desean visitar Disney World, Epcot Center, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom y otras atracciones importantes. International Drive está a solo minutos de distancia esperando que explore sus interminables restaurantes y centros comerciales.

Pristine!

This property is impeccable! I was so comfortable in this location, and will definitely return. It was so clean, comfortable, and convenient. The host was so easy to contact, and their detailed instructions made checking in and out so easy. I felt very safe as a solo traveler, which is the most important factor. I also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Italian restaurant 3 minutes away, and highly recommend.

We had 4 nights here while we visited Disney and universal. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The pool, hot tub and club house were nice, but with the parks, and the pool hrs we only got to enjoy that one night. Only negative was that the gold out couch was pretty miserable. It says in the middle and the springs were very uncomfortable. My son and I actually just slept on the couch after a night on the foldout which was less than optimal. Hosts were great, unit was very nice but this was a big negative.

Solo Trip

All things considered the property met my needs but I have to be honest and say the smell of cigarette smoke was almost too much for me to handle. I’m not one who normally complains about smells but this was just too much. I bought a can of Febreeze and left it there. I don’t have allergies so it didn’t physically affect me too much but if you are in any way sensitive to smells, I’d look for another rental property.

PERFECT for us!

This is the smallest rental we have ever booked because it was only for 2 people, my partner and myself but as mentioned, it was perfect for us. We were celebrating my partners’ 40 birthday. The rental was directly on a first floor, a straight walk in from the parking lot. It has plenty of parking. Even though it wasn’t a gated community, I felt safe and it was pretty quiet. It was really close to Disney parks. The rental looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is cute with small appliances. The bed was fine and so were the pillows. I grabbed an extra blanket that was available in the dresser. There are no washer/dryer in the apartment but I believe there was in the nearby clubhouse which is just across the parking lot. AC was great and it did not smell of cigarettes AT ALL as other reviews mentioned. We went to the pool just once and there were some families but mostly older folks so it’s definitely not for a louder/party crowd. There are plenty of stores just outside the complex. The biggest bonus for me was the host checked in with us the day of our arrival, within our stay and even after check out! I’ve honestly never had a host check in to see how things went with our flights and if we needed anything within our stay. Definitely recommend. It was clean, simple, cute, cozy and easy!

Favorite Disney rental spot

It’s so easy to get to, so easy to check in, and the proximity to all things Disney is perfect. This is our second time staying in this rental for our Disney vacation and we love it every time. Only down side is we wish the ventilation system was better since their is no fan in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and it vaguely smells like smoke when you walk in. However with all of that considered, it’s still our favorite Disney rental spot and we plan to continue coming back every year.

Nice place away from the convention center

Attended a convention at the Gaylord with 12,000 people and wanted a place close away from all the people. Nice place, clean, seems like a decent neighborhood. Could use a little maintenance to the outside areas, but wasn’t sleeping outside so not a huge deal.

Great villa

We were very pleased with this villa rental. My kids and I are extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and we were 100% happy with this rental. It's in a great location, convenient to most everything.

Cute place in a great location

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. It had everything we needed and was close to everything Disney and cheer competition related. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at such a great price!

pleasant space, convenient location, responsive host!

Very pleasant location in a small condo complex. Nicely updated space, clubhouse, pool, game room--a great place to relax after a day at the theme parks. We had one issue with the air conditioning not working on our second day there, and the host was very responsive, sending a technician to fix it right away. Would stay here again!

Clean, quiet and convenient location.

We really enjoyed this condo. We attended a weekend event at the ESPN sports complex. The drive to the complex was less than 10 minutes, really close. Also, there is a great choice for eating out nearby. The best aspect for us was how quiet it was at night, really comfortable bed and very clean. Would highly recommend this place.
