Pin was dropped in wrong location on VRBO, was not an ocean front property but on other side of street. Rental company clarified and was super reasonable. They were very proactive and helpful. Overall great stay and completely recommend this house as a great family vacation spot!

We had a very comfortable stay, with plenty of room for everyone. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING! The AC broke on Sunday afternoon. When we called to let them know they apologized and had it replaced immediately - great service.

This property was hard to get access to upon arrival. The evening guard at the gate when we arrived had no information on us even though the rental office said they would. Multiple hours from our first and second day of our vacation were spent dealing with the guard at the gate, making phone calls, leaving voicemails, & sending emails tying to get the situation rectified. It wasn’t until later on day 2 that we finally heard from the office and only excuses were given. We were also disappointed with the cleaning of this home. It was not cleaned well. The refrigerator was dirty. Bathroom shower in “den” had the previous renters long hair all over the tile walls. The kitchen isn’t well stocked. Bare bones. The den bedrooms (off the dining room) hot water stopped working after day one. We spent the rest of our stay down a shower. The rental office was contacted and we were told someone was coming to fix it but they never did. The beds were comfortable except one room upstairs. That mattress was like sleeping on a rock. There is a leak in the ceiling when you walk in. A large section of the ceiling was taped off and looked to be mid repair. The location of this house is nice because of the beautiful beach you can walk to.

We’ve stayed at this location two times and have had a great experience. Unfortunately this time the pool was not clean and was also not cleaned well after we contacted the property. We wouldn’t usually mention anything but for the rate, we expected more.

Great for family

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location near Keiki beach was a draw for us. Spent plenty of time on the lanai and in the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home within Walking Distance of the Beach

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well-equipped and maintained property. Everyone had their private space but there was space to gather as a group as well. We could get a peek at the ocean from the house and greatly enjoyed sunsets at the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect family trip to the Big Island

This property was a perfect home for our family vacation to the island of Hawaii. The house had plenty of space for us with our 3 adult sons and daughter-in-law. With 4 bedrooms, we all had our own space and there was a lot of common space for us to get together. The pool was a hit, and the short walk to the beach was perfect for sunsets. The location was great to explore all the island has to offer.

Enjoyed our stay! Close to the beach for our grandsons. Close proximity to numerous amenities.

Great house and location. We did have a few issues on arrival but they were quickly fixed. Overall, we loved our 10 day stay!

Wonderful Stay

Property was as expected. Well set up for a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Great location - steps to the beach and close to the main downtown area of Kona.

Great location

The home was perfect and had all the essentials for our stay. Close to town and a beach. Could walk to the village which was a great plus. Very secluded home and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Lovely home in the perfect spot!

We loved staying in this home and it fit the seven of us (4 adults and three kids) perfectly. So centrally located, great cook’s kitchen, short walk to the beach and the Old Airport beach. Very quiet neighborhood and minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona. We look forward to renting thus home again. Mahalo!

Wonderful

The home is beautiful. Its in a great safe location. The pool was great for morning sun and then take an easy walk to the beach for afternoon beach time. The home is in good shape with every thing we needed. Its also close to Alii for shopping and food. Highly recommend!

Amazing house

Wow - this house is amazing. It was perfect for our group of 6. Super clean and well stocked. The pool was fantastic and location could not be beat. We could walk everywhere and it was safe with good sidewalks. The bonus keiki beach across the street was also awesome. The AC units were really nice to have. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Soul Inspiring Stay

This was our first time to Kona and what a memorable trip! The villa was a delight and plenty large for our family of 7. The pool was a great way for the kiddos to play once worn out from day adventuring and the short stroll to the majestic ocean soul soothing for myself and my husband. The AC in each room was ideal and making sleeping so much easier! We loved all of the stay and look forward to visiting again.

family vacation in the middle

The property is ideally located for a family vacation, and set up extremely well. Clean, very comfortable with 4 bedrooms, and a lovely kitchen / living room / gathering area that opens up to the patio / lanai with the pool The beach across the street with its huge tidal pool was ideal for families with children. My daughter and her husband live in NZ, so for us Hawaii is half way between NZ and Vancouver. We'd love to return again.
