Bright, Sunny, New Luxury 3BR, 3BA Townhouse - Easy Access to Everything

Winter is the best kept secret in Moab. The parks are open and uncrowded as are the hiking, biking and 4 wheel trails. The temps are cool but the dry air makes it feel warm and very approachable. Moab has so much to offer - World-class mountain biking/slickrock, 4 wheeling, hiking, rafting, Arches and Canyonlands national parks are all just a few minutes away. There are so many choices of outdoor recreation nearby (hiking, biking, rafting, 4 wheel driving, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and most anything else) that your only problem will be picking which to do! The townhouse can also serve as a gateway for trips to Lake Powell, Bryce, and Zion. This is truly an outdoor paradise just waiting to be explored.

The townhouse is brand new, spacious and comfortable - and it's conveniently located right off highway 191 just south of Moab city limits. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private and convenient en-suite bathroom. Our guests tell us they are amazed by how big they are.There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen where you can cook or just sit at the island and share drinks and snacks with your group. The living room and dining room are configured to comfortably fit eight people. There are LaSalle mountain, bookcliffs and other great views from the unit. The house has its own 2 car garage, big screen TV with DishTV, sound bar for music/TV, internet, laundry, and large private patio with natural gas grill set up for outdoor cooking and dining. Guest also have free access to the local water park.

Guest access is simple with access codes for the entry way and garage doors. As soon as you arrive, you can punch in the code and start enjoying your stay hassle free.

We are always available with email, texts or phone calls.

Getting around - Cars, bicycles, Uber, and buses make it easy to get around Moab. You are a very short ride from Arches National Park.

Miscellaneous - Main floor is fully accessible with no steps required to enter the unit, get around, shower, etc.

We've always loved the outdoors and southern Utah is an outdoor paradise. The hiking, biking and rafting are endless here and now that we're retired, we have time to explore them and share the opportunity to do so with guests.

What makes this townhome unique

This townhouse is conveniently located, is in a brand new neighborhood and has three really large bedrooms, each with their own bath. We've found that it's just more comfortable and natural to have king and queen beds, private bathrooms and new units when we travel so we wanted to be able to offer that to our guests as well. We hope they enjoy it too.

  • These are 3 very nicely built, new bathrooms. All very clean, comfortable and private.

  • Have someone in your party that isn't great at stairs? The downstairs master suite was very thoughtfully built by someone who shares that challenge. This bedroom has no steps and the bath has a huge zero-threshold shower that doesn't feel like a handicap shower. All three bedrooms are very large and very bright and colorful with new king and queen beds. Each bedroom also has it's own en-suite bath - no need to leave your room to get to the bathroom.

Lovely spacious Moab home

I enjoyed my stay here with my best friend as we explored Moab and Arches. It was quiet and relaxing. It would be a great place for family or people traveling with other couples. The bedrooms are spacious. I loved the upstairs room with two double beds while my friend enjoyed the first floor room. It was a suite all to itself!

Amazing house, great location, would rent again in a heartbeat

Beautiful new house, great decor. The location is perfect for visiting Arches and Canyonlands, and the house is warm and welcoming. Super comfortable beds, all the amenities needed. Would absolutely rent it again.

Terrific Moab Lodging!

Proved to be a great option for family get together without separate hotel rooms getting in the way of our visit. The unit is new, well equipped, and provided three bedrooms with separate baths. Very helpful owners and the garage was a nice bonus. Would rent again if another Moab trip is in our future.

Father Son Vacation

Normally, my wife takes a month to find us a home to stay in when we visit Moab. We come down every year with our daughter, her husband and our two grandsons. So, mind you with her doing this she aims for perfection. This trip she had 3 hours to find my dad and I a place where we gave her one nights notice as we took advantage of a Doctors appointment in SLC and turned it into a memory maker for us. She pulled together a miracle. The place was perfect. Felt like we were coming home each night. Fully stocked, extra clean, (HUGE in our book) nicely furnished, nice and cool after a day in the heat, the owner was beyond helpful in helping us find a place to park my 28' trailer and get the TV working for my dad to kick back at night. We were able to relax and enjoy the time away. Appreciate the effort you all put in making sure that your listing and photos are exactly as described. Thank you!
