Dining area inside living space by window overlooking garden. TV with own SKY box including Sky movie, Disney & sports channels, DVD player, great space to relax with no traffic noise and sunny aspect.

Its a charming, restful & unique space. Has beautiful views of a south-facing garden from living area. Own entrance & staircase from side of building. Free use of sunloungers. Also plenty of on-street free parking at weekends and after 5pm weekdays. Food deliveries no problem. Fabulous outdoor dining feature with large gazebo to enjoy your own private space, patio heaters when weather is cooler. Please use recycling wheelie bins provided. Close to shops, just a few minutes to Lidl, Waitrose & banks etc.

The Stokewood Road public swimming bath is 5 mins drive and the and West Hants club is only 2 mins walk to superb leisure facilities with tennis, squash, gym, swimming, children's club and restaurant etc. Easy access to Poole. Free bicycle loan for £50 deposit on stays of 4 days or more if booked with flat fee £10 servicing & maintenance cost per bike to include secure lock for tyre pump etc.

Book early to avoid disappointment. Prime residential area in Bournemouth, beautiful local walks, easy access to Sandbanks and tourist attractions, near to Purbecks, lovely day trips to Swanage, Old Harry's rocks coastal walks etc. The apt is a haven of peace and is sunny and welcoming.

Its your own space, ideal for friends, families, professionals incl sharing, excellent for university lecturers & discerning mature students. Well-behaved and well trained pets can be considered (small extra charge and deposit) - so its discretionary.
Children and infants welcome. Baby-sitting service available by arrangement. Home-cooked meals subject to availability @ £14 each or from £12 each in larger groups. Ironing service (extra). Use of half acre garden with access to sun loungers and Gas BBQ by arrangement (£35 extra with tools, sauces, cleaning, fuel etc)

I am particularly interested in a longer let during the winter months until at least the Spring - huge discount of 40% for 6 month lets, or 50% for a year. Offroad parking is available.
Ideal for conferences, business trips, family holidays, explorers etc. There is easy access to all the best that Dorset has to offer.
There might be a car available to hire from £150 per week subject to availability (enquire for details)
Access to BBQ (gas) small extra cost (enquire for details) and garden chairs / sun loungers free of charge, with outdoor mats, cushions etc;

Very enjoyable stay

We had a lovely stay at this fascinating and quirky house; it was very comfortable with homely furnishings. Lizzie is a really friendly and welcoming host. The cyo breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. We had use of the large garden and there was plenty of off-road parking. It is ideally situated, just out of town in a leafy road but with shops a short walk away. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The property was perfect for the group we had and the owner was incredibly accommodating for us.
