This is a FAMILY-oriented residential building. Please use appropriate behavior in the common areas and please respect your neighbors.
Sometimes, due to external issues that are out of our control, there may be a power cut or the internet/ cable TV can lose signal for a certain amount of time. It is not common, but it can happen. If this does happen during your stay we will not issue a refund.
