Amazing condo at the best building in Jaco! Rogelio was a fantastic host. Condo was well equipped and we had everything we needed. The security staff at the building is very welcoming and helpful. This condo is located at the best place in Jaco, away from the busy area, and with a quiet beach out front.Highly recommend to stay with Rogelio!

First time staying in this area of Costa Rica.Condo was fully equipped and quiet location with large deck and very nice pool.Condo could use a makeover, just outdated otherwise fine.Host was very accommodating, excellent internet for working and super helpful staff. Trees block most views of beach , but is only one minute away, restaurants and other services close by.

The unit had more than we had time to use. This rental will have what you need regardless of the type of vacation you are trying to achieve. Sleeping and bathrooms were excellent. Kitchen was well appointed with a great selection of implements. Fridge even had a few things in case we showed up with nothing late at night.The water filter was super. Other than the tv when it was later and dark we spent most of the time outdoors. Super access to the beach, pool often. When there was too much sun at the pool, we retired to the balcony.Walked into town daily. If we wanted to go the south end of town we did drive. Spent some time travelling, but most of the time split between beach and pool.Jaco has a lot of souvenir shops as we expected. The variety of restaurants is extensive for any meal of the day. One in particular is right across from the condo. Really good food. Fair price with great service. Never experienced poor service anywhere. Food: lots of corner stores and liquor stores. At least two supermarkets.We hope to return in the future. Gracias

My wife Sabine, our two kids and I moved from Toronto to Costa Rica some years ago. We wanted for our kids to grow in a healthy environment in close contact with nature and fantastic weather. We live in San Jose and we stay in our beautiful beach front apartment in Jaco every time we can. That is what we enjoy doing the most :)

Why they chose this property

When we were looking for a property, we knew it had to be beachfront. We also wanted something a bit more secluded but within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and services. This neighborhood is just the perfect mix! We are surrounded by several high-end beachfront condominiums but it does not feel crowded at all, given that we are at the very north end of Jaco Bay.

What makes this property unique

We love just being right in front of the ocean. The oversized balcony overlooking the pristine pool is definitely a plus. The bedrooms are quite ample and the open space between the kitchen and the living room is the perfect touch for building a social environment when enjoying the company of friends and family.
