Welcome to our apartment in Borghetto Santo Spirito, a charming seaside town in Liguria. With lovely sea views and a great location, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bright living room with a kitchen corner, and a modern bathroom. Sea views can be enjoyed from every room. The nearest free beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and the towns of Borghetto Santo Spirito and Loano are within a 10-15 minute walk.
The living room features a dining area and TV, while the kitchen corner is equipped for preparing simple meals. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom offers a sofa bed that can be set up as a double bed or kept as a cozy lounge space.
Each room opens to a small balcony with sea views and fresh air. The apartment is on the first floor, with elevator access.
Please note: A road and train line separate the apartment from the beach, so some noise may be noticeable when windows are open. The apartment includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi for your comfort.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying requires the payment of a Tourist Tax. Our policy is to collect the tax via credit card during the online check-in process.
It is also possible to pay directly at the property, but in this case, an additional service fee may be charged for cash handling. Please contact us to verify the cost and payment details.
  . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
