Located on a corner lot in the exclusive Palmilla Resort & Golf Community, the property features direct beach access, a private heated pool, and all the comforts of a luxury resort.

Spread across four stylish floors and 6,000 square feet, the home boasts a gourmet chef’s kitchen, dining for 20, and a two-story tower with panoramic views of the ocean, golf course, dunes, and pond. A private detached king master casita includes a spa tub and double shower, offering a perfect retreat within the retreat. Every room is equipped with smart technology, luxury linens, Alexa, and upscale toiletries to enhance your stay.

Guests enjoy access to resort amenities such as poolside food service, golf cart rentals, beach chair and umbrella delivery, a community restaurant, and more. Two resort pools and regular community events on the Grand Lawn complete the experience.
