This is your opportunity to get the amenities of a 3BR building at a 1BR price point. Unit 103 is actually a second floor unit as the ground level of the building is the indoor lobby. This means you have direct views of the beach and gulf from your unit and balcony. This also means you only have to go up/down one flight of stairs and can avoid the elevator traffic entirely during busy seasons. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
