Enjoy your time on the Island while staying in our beautiful loft located above Galveston's historic Star Drug Store! Nestled in Galveston's premiere Art District you will be a stone's throw away from chic boutiques, local galleries, tasty restaurants and exciting nightlife. The Star Drug loft is a short drive from Galveston's beaches, the Pleasure Pier amusement area and historic tourist attractions.

Our spacious one bedroom loft can accommodate up to four guests, all of whom will enjoy a peaceful sleep in this quite downtown neighborhood. Contemporary amenities like granite counters and comfortable living meet the vintage charms of yesterday. This loft includes a full kitchen and laundry amenities as well as complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix TV.

This loft is accessible through a private entrance and stairway above the Star Drug Store. Travelers keep in mind this historic property does not have an elevator. Downtown Galveston streets are an enforced pay for parking area, but free parking and reasonable paid lots are only one block away.

Located a block from Downtown Post Office Street and a few blocks from the Historic Strand District. Enjoy some of the best shops and restaurants Galveston has to offer a few steps away. We are on the Mardi Gras parade route for the Children's Parade and Fat Tuesday Parade. Downstairs you will find the historic Star Drug Store serving breakfast, lunch, soda fountain treats as well as gift items for sale.

This was our second time staying at this property but a different apartment. Loved the touches (muffins, coffee fixings) owners provided. Great location for Galveston to stay, shop, see some sights/eat.Check in and directions are clear and concise.

This is a very nice place. It’s cozy and comfortable. It’s a great location downtown to walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed eating in the old drugstore below us. They are very quick to answer any concerns and quick to provide solutions. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy beautiful Historical Loft

We loved this historical loft so much!! I've stayed in many bnb's in Galveston and this was as cozy as being at home and very clean. Had everything we needed! All we needed for a cup of morning coffee, a sound machine, comfy couch although we were out alot. It's within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and all the Strand has to offer. Our hostess was available for anything we needed. We will stay again!!

Elegance on the Island

When I arrive inside this beautiful loft I was immediately more relaxed. This historic loft is elegant and comfortable at the same time. The couch and bed was where I fell asleep easily while catching up on some reading. Everything was perfect and included a welcome note with pastries from the host. I cant wait to return.

Beautiful Space on the Strand

This property is conveniently located in the center of the wonderful shops and delicious cafes. The layout was cleverly engineered for some separating spaces yet connected areas. The piano was a wonderful addition, which we enjoyed .
