Popularly located in the southwest section of Cape Coral, Florida - the warm and beautiful Sunshine State. Just walk into this eighth floor marina resort condo with the most spectacular view and you’ll want to stay forever!

Comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk-in closet and a bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Both the pink and blue guest rooms have queen-size beds, ample closet space and share a single vanity bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Two private furnished screened-in balconies will afford you coffee and pastry breakfasts at sunrise, photo-worthy sunsets, cocktails in the evening and everything in between. Your view looks out over the natural preserve and channel to see all the boats heading in and out of the marina. In the distance, you’ll see the Caloosahatchee River as it spills into the Gulf of Mexico, out to the Sanibel Causeway and beyond.

If you aren’t dining at one of the resort’s restaurants, Rumrunners, Pignoli on the Harbour, Fathoms Restaurant & Bar or The French Press, your fully loaded gourmet kitchen offers everything you’ll need for preparing your own exquisite meals. A grocery store, banks, ice cream shop, drugstore, and Redbox for Blu-ray rentals are just over one mile away, not to mention your choice of fast-food restaurants.

Bicycle around the grounds on our ladies and gent’s bicycles to explore the 2 swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center and clubhouse. The condo is well stocked with all the gear you’ll need for a day at the beach: pool/beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, tote and buggy.

At the marina, you’ll find several sightseeing cruise options: an ecological lunch tour; a dolphin nature tour; homes, harbour, and nature tour; or a dolphin sunset cruise. You may also choose to rent a boat to go fishing, tubing or kneeboarding. We recommend early reservation of boat and equipment.

On-site resort shopping opportunities include a boutique, gallery, purses and apparel, jewelry and more. A Salon & Spa are on the 2nd floor above Fathoms.

Other items furnished for your convenience and comfort during your stay: wi-fi, Blu-ray, a selection of books and games and a safe for your valuables.

A complete private laundry inside is for your use, or you may choose to call us for housekeeping services during your stay, whether for a change of linens or full cleaning.

This beautiful condo is being professionally managed by Laura Sargeant and Debbie Spee of 4 Seasons Property Services, LLC, a full service property management company located in Cape Coral, Florida. We feel very fortunate to have recently added this lovely vacation property to our list of fine vacation rentals.

Born in Ohio, Laura is practically a Florida native, calling Lee County home for about 36 years. She has lived also in Ft Lauderdale and Tampa Florida; Farmington and Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Indianapolis, Indiana. She has a daughter that resides in Long Beach, California; loves cooking, photography, crafting, gardening and travel.

Debbie made her way from her hometown of Calgary in Canada to Southwest Florida via Australia, Czech Republic, England and Germany. Together with her husband she settled in Fort Myers 8 years ago to enjoy all the sunshine state has to offer. Debbie is also fluent in German.
