Florida ist großartig

Wir sind zum 10x mal in Cape Coral und lieben es noch immer. Diesmal hatten wir zwei Hurrikans vor Ort. Doch Lage und Bauweise des Hauses haben zu einem glimpflichen Verlauf geführt. Lediglich der Stromausfall ist nicht schön. Ohne Strom ist man schnell aufgeschmissen. Das Haus hat einen perfekten Pool und eine große Garage. Die Räume sind guter CC-Standard.

Overall everything was the way it said it should be. I personally had no reason to contact the property manager. I definitely will go back to this location if traveling to the area and if the location is available.

A little out dated but, perfect for what we needed. The girls had a blast by the pool. The A/C did not work at first but, property manager quickly got someone over to fix it. We overall greatly enjoyed our stay!

Winter vacation

The property is great. Love that each bedroom has an attached bath. Would be great for 3 couples to stay in together. Two small complaints. The carpet in two of the bedrooms needs cleaned and more TV channel options, especially sports channels for the men.

Hurricane damaged home

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a nice stay, house was very clean and spacious. There was a cooler in the garage along with other beach items to use which was very convenient. They could use some more bath towels. It was nice to have the washer and dryer also! Would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

My family had an amazing time staying here. The check in was very easy, a lockbox with comb, the house is very spacious and clean. The pool was amazing.

Excellent experience

Our stay was March 1st through March 15th. House was as advertised, it was nicely appointed with necessary amenities plus extras. I.E. pool accessories, lounge chairs, BBQ, and such that we desired. The management company representatives were great to deal with when discussing terms, repairs (toilet needed new flush valve) that they addressed within a couple hours, and care of pool during our stay. Thank you for having us! We hope to be back!

Lodging for Roy Hobbs baseball tournament

Very good process for renting and served our needs. Three senior baseball for a week. Would have been nice to have TV with ESPN. Good location for access to baseball fields.

Nice property but property manager not so much

We had the place reserve for a week, to start no one showed up for the check-in or check-out. In our second day we contacted Sven about the green pool and within an hour, he showed up with a baby to clean the pool. The next day the pool guy showed up and added the necessary chemicals to the pool. The property was definitely not cleaned, we had to mop the floors because they were dusty and dirty and the garbage bins were already full from the last time someone stayed there. The air filter intake for the AC’s looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in more than few months. The most basic pots and pans in the kitchen, where so scratched up that particles were coming off from them. To top it all off, the property manager had the audacity to blame us for some large seeds that fall from the palm in the backyard stating that we had left tomatoes. I don’t blame the property owner for the shortcomings, I blame the property manager for not taking care of the needs of the house before and after each stay. The owner did reach out and offer to compensate for these deficiencies. Aside from all of this, we did have fun after the pool was cleaned, the beaches are a short drive a way, there are various grocery store nearby.
