Hello Gail, i’m a little bit disappointed to get a 2 star rating from you. You knew about all these terms in the contract before. You booked the house for 4 people, and left it in bad condition. The grill wasn’t cleaned and there’s an extra fee when the cleaning team has to do it for you. You didn’t read the terms and blame me for these things, that’s not ok. You even didn’t remember the code for the lockbox and blamed me that i didn’t gave it to you till i showed you my message where i told you the code before.

Hello Michael, first of all i apologize for your inconvenience regarding the pool water. As you said i compensated you for the first day of your arrival that the pool was green. but all the other things you complained i really don’t understand why you let all these things go through all the time and why you don’t complain at the beginning of your stay. The property manager said they were there to check in, read the meter and took photos but you wasn’t at home for check in and you also left earlier before your check out time. Your complaints regarding the pots and pans are maybe justified, but you cannot ask for always new interior in a rental house, especially not in corona times, this is my opinion. The washing machine, AC or dryer for example will not work a hole life, if these things will break down in future it’s possible that a tenant have to report this, but this is the normal way isn’t it? You said the house wasn’t clean. If i were you i would have called the property management immediately to clean up! So far i think you just wanted to have a compensation, and the things weren’t that bad as you described. Why did you only complain about the pool water, and not about the rest? I really cannot understand that, and it’s a pity that i got a 2 star rating, the only one between all these 5 or 4 star ratings. Jens
