Venga a disfrutar de nuestra casa ubicada en uno de los barrios más bonitos de Cape Coral Suroeste. Nuestra casa de estilo complejo se encuentra en Cape Coral en una línea de costa de ancho tranquila con una vista muy bonita. Podrá disfrutar de nuestra sala formal, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar, cómoda sala de lavandería, garaje automático de puertas y acogedora biblioteca con un sofá de cuero-nido para 2 personas adicionales y 4 habitaciones para dormir 8, además de 3 completa balneario. Nuestra casa tiene forma de L de modo mayoría de las habitaciones tienen puertas que se abren al salón de la piscina en el paseo marítimo de deslizamiento. Nuestra piscina con vistas a nuestro 120 'muelle y una segunda zona de comedor y sala de estar al aire libre. Disfrute de pasar el tiempo en nuestra cómoda sala de familia cocina con TV y reclinables 60 pulgadas sillas. Nuestra habitación familiar tiene puertas corredizas para la vida al aire libre de interior. El porche en la zona de la piscina tiene una gran parrilla de gas para barbacoas. Nuestra suite de un dormitorio-baño principal, con dosel cama de matrimonio y TV de pantalla grande, es digno de un rey y reina y baños a media noche romántica en la piscina a las afueras de la puerta. Nuestra casa está totalmente amueblada y suministra con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Todo lo que usted necesita para empacar es su ropa y usted estará listo para la diversión en el sol. Incluso Suministramos bicicletas, un refrigerador, cañas de pescar, juguetes de playa y sillas de arena para las playas cercanas. Nuestro muelle de 120 pies es una gran área privada para la captura de peces o descansar bajo el sol. Our family had a fabulous visit - our kids loved the pool and the indoor/outdoor living! We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the canal and pool each morning. We walked and rode bikes through the neighborhood every evening. It was a wonderful getaway.

We stayed at this property in April of 2026. The location was outstanding. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great views from the lanai looking over the canal.The pool was beautiful once it heated up a day and we spent more time outside on the lanai than in the house.We did find that the love seat on the lanai needed some TLC. The seat was broken on one side and the attempt to fix it with duct tape prior to our arrival was unsuccessful. Since there was only two of us this didn't present a problem because there were many other seats to choose from.Overall our experience was great and we would definitely visit again in the future.

Great Hosts, Relaxing Good Time

Very nice, quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral with awesome hosts, Bob & Elayne! Well equipped home with lots of space and lovely outdoor pool area. Nice place to launch from to explore Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel & Captiva.

Beautiful home - Great owner communication

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. What caused us to select this over others was the owners speedy communication and they were responsive during our stay as well. Unfortunately the pool heater failed and we were not able to swim as much as we had liked but still had a great time.

Beautiful home with a great view!

We stayed in this house for 9 days and loved it. We were outside the entire stay just swimming and enjoying the view. The house was fully stocked and they provided more of the essentials than we are used to getting. Communication with the owner was easy and we would have booked our next trip down with them if it had not already been reserved. We would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Experience

We rented this property for 4 nights in December 2023 to visit a sister for her birthday! The house was beautifully furnished with a master suite at one end and other bedrooms at the other end of the house! There was plenty of room to spread out! The back patio and pool area was our favorite place to hang out! Host was very good about communicating, quick responses to our texts!

We had a perfect experience. Property is well maintained and offers everything one needs to relax and have fun. Beatiful canal view, queit location, home as pictured, a lot of good instructuons left by owner in a binder and posters to make the stay pleasant, very good furniture and beautiful decorations, abundant sheets and towels, lots of space and literature to enjoy, owner responds quickly to concerns. Shops and beaches are nearby. Highly recommend it as a place to relax from the noisy city life if you live in one.

Great house but not that clean

This was our third stay at this great very comfortable home with a beautiful view. We love how spacious and inviting this home is with four recliners in the family room and large rooms through out the house. The pool area water views are like what you expect to find in homes 3 times two to three times the price. Unfortunately this time the homefailed us in cleanliness and preparation.

I am sorry that you had a problem with our home. This is not what I expect to see in a review. I confronted the person that is responsible for cleaning and preparing the home for arriving guests pertaining to this review. He said he had an emergency and another person do the cleaning. He said that will not happen again.

Great spacious home with great location! Kids loved the pool!

We spent a week at the home and had a great time! The kids had enough room to sprawl out thru the home on the one rainy day, and spent the bulk of the rest of the time there in the pool, or out by the dock. My only two suggestions would be: 1) to add a railing or rope to the dock piers, as we have little ones and that was a little scary, as we were nervous they’d fall in; and 2) the garage floor was VERY slippery with the condensation dripping from the a/c / air handler unit hanging above. We just made sure the kids got out on the one side of the vehicle each time, but as I was the driver, I had a couple instances of nearly slipping and falling. Just needed to be extra careful. All in all a great experience. Pool toys were a big hit. Would be a huge bonus if the hot tub was functional next time we came down! 😉

Tyler, Thanks for your review and your valuable input. That is a good idea for a rope from piling to piling along the dock. It would have to be easy to remove because we have guests that bring there boat or rent one and they would have to dock it along the dock. The other thing with the dripping of condensate (water) from the AC air handler in the garage is being addressed. We have been waiting almost a month for our AC service company to install a drain pan under the unit. He said there is a shipping problem. He said it will be in the next week or so. I should have warned you if the humidity is high it drips. That will be corrected. Bob and Elaine LePage

Perfect Vacation Oasis

We had the best time at Bob and Elyane’s house! Everything was more than we could have imagined. The house was just as advertised with so many hidden gems (bikes, beach toys and pool floaties)! The neighborhood was perfect and a nice calm to our chaotic days at the beach. Our kids loved the pool the most!! Our time spent on the dock was also a nightly enjoyment. We ate our meals outside and watched the fish jump in the canal every night. We lucked out with perfect weather and with the covering on the pool we were able to be out for quiet swims at night or just able to relax and read a book. We drove into Fort Meyers Beach quite a few times and spent many hours swimming in the ocean and playing in the sand! Parking can take some time so be patient. Eat ice cream at Kilwins and for sure eat at Doc Fords! The best meal we had!! The house was perfect for us...2 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space and a large kitchen/living area to stay together for a movie as well! So much to do and well worth it. We will definitely be back!

Keeps on getting better every year

We just got back from two wonderful weeks in paradise. We loved everything about our stay. We spent everyday in the pool. The setup of the house is great. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could ever need. I love cooking with such a fantastic view of the canals. The master bedroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. The view from the master is simply divine! Looking forward to our third vacation at Bob's next year.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and patio was great. We spent most of our time enjoying it. The kitchen was clean and nice. However, some dishes were dirty even though they were put away. We had to unload the dishwasher. I did not like that! I was on vacation....I do that at home everyday. The pans were not that great. They were old and hard to clean. The air filter really needed to be changed and the vent cleaned. All of us had problems with our allergies due to the dust that had built up over time. It was not like it wasn't cleaned for a few weeks or so. It was thick, black dust. I messaged the owner about hair on one of the toilet seats, master bathroom drawer that had trash and hair in it, and a hair in the master bathroom shower, broken blind in the master bedroom and a problem with the grill...the first night we were there. He acknowledge the blind and the grill and had both fixed the next day. But the blind broke again that night. As far as the hair he said, "I hope it was clean. They spent nine hours cleaning it and sanitizing it." I mentioned it again thinking he missed that part of the message. He then said, "Yes, I am very proud of the work they do. They have been with me for 18 years this house and the other house we have." He never acknowledge the fact the house was not as clean as he said it was. Nevertheless, the rest of the house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We were close to the attractions we wanted to see. If you want to walk to the store, etc it would be over 2 miles one way. They do provide a number of bikes and helmets but still to far to ride with a 5 year old. I would recommend this house but beware of what I mentioned earlier. The air worked great, it was safe and in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. They had plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc.

We all love South West Florida. Elayne & I have been vacationing in Florida with our parents since we were small children and have always vacationed here with our children and grand children, so now they too have the pleasure of loving the area as we do. It is close to all the tourist attractions we enjoy in SW FL but when we return from all the fun and excitement we are in a fabulous dream house in a quiet luxury neighborhood. We have a beautiful private pool with all new, quiet equipment, very comfortable lounge furniture and the dock I have always dreamed about. This house is our dream come true. We call it our piece of paradise.
