The property combines traditional stone architecture and modern comforts, offering an exclusive environment surrounded by nature. The interiors are characterized by natural materials, stone vaults and typical details that enhance the Apulian style, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The spaces are designed to ensure comfort and functionality throughout the stay. The living room, with its rustic charm, has exposed stone ceilings and furnishings that combine elegance and tradition. This environment harmoniously connects the sleeping area and the bathroom, maintaining continuity and fluidity of the spaces.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a larger double bedroom, furnished in an essential and refined Apulian style, and a second bedroom with two single wrought-iron beds, ideal for children or teenagers. The rooms are not separated by doors, but delimited by curtains, in line with the traditional architecture of the trullo.
Outside, Il Faritrullo offers a private pool for exclusive use, surrounded by olive trees and the typical countryside of the Itria Valley. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or dining outside in total privacy.
The location is strategic for visiting the main towns in the area: Martina Franca, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Cisternino are all easily accessible in a few minutes by car.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
