*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through SEPTEMBER 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Phil Hummel Pool and NEW Audubon Pool on the north side of the resort. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for the pool closure inconvenience.

This lovely 2nd floor condo has beautiful balcony views of the gulf with easy access to the pool and the beach. This recently repainted condo offers a newly designed bedroom and a freshly decorated living area. Cheerful furnishings, cozy seating, and a sleeper sofa invite you to relax and enjoy the beach vibe. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the family. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, an HDTV, and offers a stunning view of the swimming pool and beach. Guests can enjoy a brand new 4-seat golf cart, perfect for exploring the Resort with ease! For convenience, there is a washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Tram service to the Village of Baytowne Wharf is included. Note: The hallway that leads to the condo front door is accessed by 3 steps - there is no ramp.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great time! We did a little shopping, beach time and eat some great food. We love this area. The condo was perfect for our trip. On the beach with a beautiful view. Even though there was construction going on it did not interfere in our stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your condo. Now time to work on Christmas festivities. Merry Christmas and Happy new Yeat!

Great location

Loved this property, perfect location and had a great time exploring Baytowne area on the golf cart. Highly recommend dinner at Bijoux down the street. Can’t wait to see the new pool on my next visit.

Very nice

The unit was very comfortable. Location was ideal. Golf cart was very useful. I wish the pool was open. Some amenities could be included such as laundry detergent (2), coffee creamer, and sugar, and sufficient supply of toilet paper. Wifi was spotty and weak. No dresser. Money value was very good. I would stay there again.

Just a Spectacular Little Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was so lovely. The photos didn't do it justice. The views from the living room and bedroom were beautiful. The unit had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. So nice to just use the stairs as elevator wasn't needed for 2nd floor. The new golf cart was really a super bonus. I normally don't return to a destination twice, however, I think I will make an exception this time. I really look forward to returning to unit 4220. Thank you for sharing for beautiful property with us!

Best family vacation spot

We had the BEST family vacation staying here for the week. We have a 17 mo old and it was the perfect space and location for us. Beach and pool view. Blackout curtains on all windows to help with sleep at night but also with naps. Parking is the same floor so it was easy to get in and get out. The golf cart was awesome and we loved being able to use that to get around the property and our son loved the rides. This location is perfect and aided in a stress free and fun family vacation. Check out grand blvd shops and the wharf! We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our little family of 3! The golf cart was perfect- we never got in our car again! We went to Publix, Starbucks, Baytown restaurants and nightlife, and shopping on it. Beach access was close by and easy- never used an elevator but didn’t mind the stairs. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t figure out how to turn the lighting off above the kitchen cabinets and it was just a little too close to the pool to be able to enjoy some privacy of the balcony.

Great trip!

Thoroughly enjoyed our brief 3 night stay in 4220 Beachside II. Very nice condo in excellent condition and a fantastic location within the massive resort. Neal with Beach Blue Properties was very responsive and easy to work with. Beaches in Sandestin are extremely crowded but we knew that going in. We’d stay again.

The property was very clean and the location was amazing! Having 2 littles (2yo and 8mo) the location of the pool and beach to the property were perfect! You literally take a few stairs and steps and you are on the beach! The golf cart was an added fun family time! I highly recommend this Vrbo and we plan to stay here again!

Good overall

Kitchen needs updated with supplies to cook. Also need more glassware options and plastic cups. The property also has too many beach chairs that go unrented, which makes the beach even more crowded than it already is.

It’s a great room, The location is a bit awkward right next to an entry door. If there’s a lot of foot traffic then you hear the door a lot. Room is super tho.

Great Location & View!

We could not have had a better view. I truly enjoyed our Monday - Friday stay at the perfect time of year to visit. This was our 4th visit in the San Destin resort community and Beachside II is now my favorite location. The property could use some deep cleaning but we would definitely book again.
