Enjoy a family or friends holiday in this cosy and comfortable accommodation in Alcúdia, Mallorca. Located just 200 metres from the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, this accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.
The accommodation has 3 spacious bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, making meal and snack preparation easy.
Enjoy moments of relaxation on the 150 m2 private terrace, where you can enjoy the pleasant climate of the area. The property also has a private 3 x 2.2 metre swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days.
In addition, the accommodation has other amenities such as WiFi, an iron, TV and washing machine, so you can feel at home during your holiday.
The location is ideal, just 200 metres from the sandy beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. It is also near the Hidropark water park, perfect for a fun family day out.
