Questa è una guest house separata con tutti i comfort, situata nel cuore del quartiere South of Broad di Charleston. Siamo pienamente autorizzati dalla città e sono a pochi isolati da King Street, dalla Battery at White Point Gardens, dal Waterfront Park e da numerosi altri famosi siti di Charleston, ristoranti e spazi verdi.

La guest house ha una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, bagno moderno e cucina completa. L'affascinante salotto al piano superiore con due lettini e un'altra TV ha una vista sui tetti di Charleston. Questo è diventato uno dei posti preferiti dai nostri ospiti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa visitando la città. Charleston Carriage House

Great location good place to stay. Loved meeting the dogs and cat on the property. We walked everywhere, the house is in a quiet neighborhood but extremely close to everything! There was a small misunderstanding with the property owner, who was extremely nice, but thought we were to check in a few days later, but not really a big deal. We would have loved to meet Therese, but maybe the next time we stay. I would definitely recommend this house to all, especially if you are keen on parking your car for the stay and walking.

Location, location, location!

Therese and George’s place is in a great location! You can park your car at the house and never need to move it. We loved walking all the streets to see the beautiful gardens and then to restaurants. We also loved being greeted by Nellie and Seamus, your adorable pups, every day.

This rental was everything it was described as and more! The hosts were so incredibly friendly and welcoming and the rental had all that you could ask for including an amazing location. To top it all off, Seamus and Nelly were the icing on the cake! If we are ever in Charleston again, I will 100% stay here again!

Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient

Excellent location easily walkable to most any downtown destination. Beautiful, quiet residential street with the added bonus of local grocery one block away. Clean, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped apartment plus off street parking.

Wonderful hosts and great location

The location is excellent in a quiet and lovely neighborhood to walk and bike. The hosts George and Therese are knowledgeable and very helpful. We enjoyed our time staying at their place.

Great stay in Charleston

My parents stayed here and had a great time. They had a real Charleston experience in a neighborhood near king. It is a little walk but the space was perfect with a clean and updated bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and living area. They felt safe and would stay here again.

Location and Comfort

First off, the location of this place is excellent. Close to downtown, but quiet. I walked everywhere. There is a nice little grocery store a few blocks away that I utilized, and the prices were not too bad, and the selection was pretty impressive for the size of the store. Everything in the house worked well. It was hot outside but cool inside. Good shower pressure. Bed was comfy and it was nice to go upstairs and chill out at the end of the day. Dog and cat were friendly and allowed lots of pets. I'd stay here again if I was ever to visit Charleston again.

Thoughtful hosts

Arriving in a downpour, George showed up at our car with two umbrellas. Both he and Therese offered help whenever they could during our stay in their quaint carriage house. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well equipped -- the bottle of wine and snacks were nice touches. A thermal lunch box and the washer and dryer came in handy during our exploration of Charleston and the nearby beaches and birding sites. (Therese is half of Two Sisters' Tours)

3 night stay south of broad

Property was great, spacious and comfortable rooms. Great location on a very nice and also quiet street. Easy to walk to food and sight seeing. Bonus feature of secure off street parking.

Absolutely Charming

Top to bottom it was perfect! All the spaces I needed for some time away to be refreshed: loved reading in the sitting room, used the well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedroom, and enjoy the lovely yard and sweet pets all in the heart of charming residential historical Charleston. Therese and George were so helpful, it was easy to make myself at home.

Comfortable and Convenient

This carriage house is attached to the proprietor's property and includes off street parking. The space is nicely appointed with a kitchen and upstairs living room. The property is located a short walk from Charleston's sites and restaurants. Therese and George were very friendly and checked to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. Be sure to say hi to their wonderful dog Nellie.

Beautiful Guesthouse

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom guest house that was full of Charleston charm! Off street parking in a gated driveway was provided as was a delicious bottle of wine. This is a great location within a reasonable walking distance to several fantastic restaurants. Therese and George were responsive and just genuinely nice hosts. We will definitely visit them again! Thank you for your generous hospitality!

Friendly Hosts

Therese and George were great hosts. They made us feel welcome. The unit is conveniently located near the historic district and a short walk to downtown. Therese also runs a walking tour of historic and architectural sites that is well worth taking. We would definitely stay here on future trips to Charleston.

Quiet, quaint, perfectly located!

Loved this property!! It was so quiet and in the heart of Charleston! Everything was easily walkable and if not then was only a 5-6$ uber/lyft ride. The owners were so kind and easy to get ahold of in a very fast manner. We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat!!!
