The property features three comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and its own private balcony. The master suite boasts his-and-hers ensuite shower rooms, offering a touch of luxury and comfort.



After a day of exploring all the island has to offer, return to Creek View and unwind in style. Whether you’re relaxing on the terrace, enjoying the stunning views from your master ensuite balcony, or soaking in the peaceful ambiance, Creek View promises the ultimate holiday experience.

LOCATION



Creek View’s location truly enhances its appeal. Situated just a stone’s throw from local restaurants, takeaways, shops, pubs, and even a spa, it offers the convenience of having everything you need within easy reach.



The nearby ferry terminal and a well connected bus service operating via Wootton Bridge means you don't need a car to explore the Island.



Local attractions include Wootton Junction of The Isle of Wight Steam Railway, where you can step back in time, a 20 minute stroll will take you to the tranquil Quarry Abbey, perfect for a peaceful walk in the gardens, enjoy a slice of cake in the tea rooms and even visit the Abbey, where monks still worship. The former seaside residence of Queen Victoria, Osborne House in East Cowes, is also nearby. For those who love the beach, the sandy shores of Ryde are just over 10 minutes away.

Steps down open to the lounge / dinner featuring a large comfortable seating area, smart TV, Sonos speakers and a dinning room table with 6 chairs.



FIRST FLOOR

From the main landing, 3 steps down lead to the master ensuite at the rear of the property. This large room has a king sized bed positioned to enjoy the creek views form the sliding patio doors, bedside tables, built in wardrobes and his and hers ensuite shower rooms. Two sets of sliding doors open onto the large balcony on which you can sit and soak up the Creek views.



Front facing bedrooms 2 & 3 both have a king size bed, bedside cabinets hanging rail and door to a balcony.



A family bathroom has a bath, hand held shower, wc and hand basin



NOTE: The unique design of this property is that there are no opening windows but each room has opening doors to the outside for ventilation



This property accepts dogs, regrettably cats cannot be accommodated.



OUTSIDE

To the front of the property there is private off road parking for 2 cars

The rear garden is a mix of paved terrace with garden furniture and a gravelled terraced offering interesting planting that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Subject to availability, guests can also hire at an additional charge a space on the 8m shared pontoon accessed via a gate, perfect for enjoying the water or simply taking in the serene surroundings.

GUESTS MAY USE THE PONTOON AT THEIR OWN RISK. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CREEK IS TIDAL. GUESTS ARE ADVISED NOT TO ENTER THE CREEK WHEN THE TIDE IS OUT , THE EXPOSED MUD IS POTENTIALLY SINKING MUD AND THEREFORE DANGEROUS

PLEASE NOTE: Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £45 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £250 before check-in. If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.



This property can accept a maximum of 2 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.



On request at least 48 hours prior to arrival and subject to availability, a berth on the shared pontoon may available at an additional charge of £40 night.



There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.



The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.



No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.



This property does not accept any more than 6 adults at any given time and parties are strictly forbidden.



There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.



Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.



Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival. A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Wonderful peaceful and relaxing

So modern and spacious, clean and really comfy beds. Everything you could need. Loved the lights on the stairs! View from rear of house peaceful, loved watching the tides. Near brilliant bus route, every 10 mins. Good off road parking. Thanks also for the bottle of bubbly and gourous biscuits. Had issue with hot water, reported it and they had someone out to repair it just under 2 hours, wow, good customer service
