Wow! Just wow! From amazing initial response and communication to a phenomenal place to stay to outstanding hospitality and communication throughout. This home is perfection all wrapped up in the cutest little home exterior. The inside is spacious, updated, well-appointed, comfortable, convenient to the airport, close to downtown and Broadway, and it absolutely beautiful! Eric is top notch and we highly recommend this place for your Nashville stay.

I have been staying at rentals for 5 years and this was the best experience so far. Eric was so accommodating and helpful from stocking the place with coffee and more to suggesting places to go. The location was ideal for our group and the house itself is beautiful. The workmanship and love that went into renovating this place shows (I know Eric did much of it himself) Highly recommend to all.

Property was fantastic. Its proximity to downtown strip was very close only a quick Uber ride. Eric was super helpful with tips and recommendations of things to do or not do while in town and his responsiveness was extremely fast. When we come back to Nashville next time, we’ll definitely look to book this place again. Thanks, Eric!

Eric was an amazing host! The house was great for our group of 6! Communication was very easy, and he has a lot of great suggestions for music and restaurants. We had plenty of coffee pods, water, snacks, and even local beer and wine. Plenty of towels and sheets. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will book this house again when we come back to Nashville.

I would give this place 20 stars if I could. The house itself is beautiful and very well decorated. Every square inch was immaculately clean upon our arrival. I felt like we could have eaten off of the floors. Of course everything you would need to cook your own meals is provided and the appliances are top notch. The outdoor space is a lot bigger than you might think and completely fenced in so you would feel comfortable letting your kids play out there if you had any. It's close enough to Broadway to be a reasonable walk but far enough away that you are out of the hustle and bustle and the traffic. The neighborhood itself is quite peaceful. I have dealt with some great hosts while renting from VRBO but Eric is in a class by himself. He communicates well, is friendly, and you genuinely feel like he wants you to have a great stay. I can't recommend him or the house itself any higher. Of you are looking for a place in Nashville and this place is available, stop looking.

I staid in this property for a long weekend while attending a conference in Downtown Nashville at the Music City Center. It was the perfect place for myself and my three co-workers. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. It had three full bathrooms, so we had no problem getting ready in the morning without battling to get into the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and a nice place to sit and do work when we were at the house. The living room was a perfect set up for us to sit around in the evening and catch up after running around at the conference all day. For the most part, we walked to the Music City Center which is about 1.5 miles away. The MCC is right next to lower Broadway and the Bridgestone Center, and the walk felt safe. Our host Eric was easily accessible via text and checked in a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. We all agreed that we would definitely stay at this property again if we came back to Nashville.

Wonderful home!

I’ve stayed in quite a few places in Nashville, and the location and quietness of this home was awesome. Eric did a wonderful job of showing hospitality and going above and beyond. Definitely would recommend this beautiful house for a group trip to Nashville!

The house was excellent, clean, spacious, and well appointed. It was located in a neighborhood that made travel to anywhere in the city a quick walk or ride. The nearby farmer’s market was especially a treat, as it was just a few minutes’ walk away with plenty of eating and shopping options. Eric, the owner of the home, was surprised friendly and communicative. I was surprised and impressed that he left some treats for my family in the house. Overall, it is an excellent property. I’d highly recommend it!
