1 mile from Lower Broadway, this stunning newly renovated home will be perfect for your home base doing your stay in Nashville! A King and 2 queen Beds each with their own private rooms as well a full memory foam sleeper sofa, memory foam foldaway queen bed and comfy daybed with 2 single beds allow for plenty of space and comfort to get a good night's rest after hitting the Honky Tonks. Large Kitchen with huge expandable dining table. 3 sofas in living room for ample space. You will have the home all to yourself along with plenty of parking on the street as well as behind the house. A keypad with your own unique code allows for convenient access without worries of losing the key! I will be available 24/7 through email, text or phone call. As a rule I will not be there in person at check in/check out but will be more than happy to meet you in person by request at check-in if you would like a crash course introduction to the area and goings on.

I have been staying at rentals for 5 years and this was the best experience so far. Eric was so accommodating and helpful from stocking the place with coffee and more to suggesting places to go. The location was ideal for our group and the house itself is beautiful. The workmanship and love that went into renovating this place shows (I know Eric did much of it himself) Highly recommend to all.

Property was fantastic. Its proximity to downtown strip was very close only a quick Uber ride. Eric was super helpful with tips and recommendations of things to do or not do while in town and his responsiveness was extremely fast. When we come back to Nashville next time, we’ll definitely look to book this place again. Thanks, Eric!

Eric was a great communicator throughout the process. Can’t say enough good things about him.We absolutely loved our stay at this charming Nashville gem! The quaint 3-bedroom house was perfect for our group of three women, with three bathrooms providing ample privacy and comfort. We appreciated the affordability, and the short, inexpensive Ubers made exploring the city incredibly easy. The location was ideal for accessing everything Nashville has to offer without breaking the bank. Eric was an amazing host! The house was great for our group of 6! Communication was very easy, and he has a lot of great suggestions for music and restaurants. We had plenty of coffee pods, water, snacks, and even local beer and wine. Plenty of towels and sheets. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will book this house again when we come back to Nashville.

The house was excellent, clean, spacious, and well appointed. It was located in a neighborhood that made travel to anywhere in the city a quick walk or ride. The nearby farmer’s market was especially a treat, as it was just a few minutes’ walk away with plenty of eating and shopping options. Eric, the owner of the home, was surprised friendly and communicative. I was surprised and impressed that he left some treats for my family in the house. Overall, it is an excellent property. I’d highly recommend it!

Great Nashville House

Very clean house. About 1 mile from Broadway. Blocks from the farmers market. 4 night stay- 3 couples. bathrooms was awesome. 3 couches in the living room. Plenty of room for all 6 adults. Will recommend to friends. The owner, Eric, responded quickly to all questions. He also set us up with snacks & a bottle of wine. No complaints.

Family celebration

This property was a 10/10 and more. When you walk in you immediately feel right at home. There was everything there that you could need. From the extra umbrellas, to first aid kits, extra bathroom essentials that you may have forgotten, all the way to board games to keep you entertained. The host was fast to respond when it came to any questions we had. If you are looking for a great place in Nashville I 100% percent recommend. The extra touches of flowers on the table to snacks and drinks upon arrival was unexpected but a lovely surprise.LaurieMay 4, 2025

Great house, great location

7 came here for birthday celebration. The place was well stocked. Extra liquor left stays for the next people. Fresh cut flowers on tableBeds fabulous Nice towelsFront room was comfy for the 7 of us to hang out and talk. Kitchen area is BIG and also a great hang out spot. They had lots of coffee and types of creamer. Stop for liquor before you arrive… it’s about a mile away. Lots of parking… but we walked to Broadway, Ubered back. 4th room has a twin with a trundle. The queen is the pull out couch. 3 bathrooms was perfectI’d totally stay here again!

Wonderful home!

I’ve stayed in quite a few places in Nashville, and the location and quietness of this home was awesome. Eric did a wonderful job of showing hospitality and going above and beyond. Definitely would recommend this beautiful house for a group trip to Nashville!

Best VRBO to date!

Eric is probably the best host ever! This beautiful home was everything we needed and more! It was so amazing to walk into such a great home with all the amenities we needed. Eric’s communication went over and beyond expectations. Would I come back just because of this place… heck ya! We had a fabulous trip. Highly recommend. If we could give a 10 star, we would!
