Esta propiedad está ubicada directamente en el Golfo de México, en el corazón de Destin, a poca distancia de las tiendas y de algunos de los mejores restaurantes de Destin. Este hermoso condominio de 1 dormitorio ubicado en el segundo piso se abre a su propio balcón privado para disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas de la arena blanca y cristalina y hermosas aguas de color verde esmeralda. Usted puede mirar a través de las dunas de arena blanca a la playa que parece como su propia playa privada! Disfrute de sus dos sillas de playa y un paraguas que está configurado y esperando por usted! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Perfectly beautiful beach with sand as white as snow and turquoise water! The unit had been updated since our booking so that was a nice surprise! Can't wait to be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was a last minute find and it fit perfectly into our plans. The location of the facility was great. It was easy to get to and close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. The view of the Gulf was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Being in the second floor was ok. There wasn’t any noise from the neighbors through the walls but the ceiling was very loud especially at night as we were sleeping. The washer unit was a bit confusing and could have had instructions on how to use it. It took me several hours to figure it out. Since we have to buy ALL of the little things like dish soap or salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc, it would be nice if there was a donation spot for the next guest to have the option of using or leaving. We had to throw away a lot of unused or partially unused items that could have been helpful to the next guest.This could have also helped us as we came in for our stay. Having beach chairs every day of the stay was wonderful. The only complaint was the fishing poles that other renters decided to plant on the beach got in the way of our view and we felt was extremely dangerous that they were allowed to fish off of the private beach as guests were swimming in the same area. I will say that any other issues that we had were resolved quickly by the wonderful office and maintenance staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love staying at coral reef - this is the fourth condo I’ve rented and as always the location is perfect. This particular unit needs new beds and furniture. The sofa and chaise were super uncomfortable to sit on and the bed left me with back pain. The bunk mattresses were even worse. Would not rent this unit again unless furniture was replaced, but again the building and staff are great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eleven days is still not enough time. Have been going to Coral Reef for eleven years and always look forward to it. Paradise on the gulf. The location can’t be beat and rental is reasonable compared to surrounding properties. Beautiful white sand and clear water. Our unit was well equipped with everything you’d need including all bedding and towels. Staff very nice and very responsive if you have an issue. Chairs and umbrella are set up each day by the staff. Not a lot of amenities. A pool, shuffle board and grills for cooking but that’s all you need. The beach is why we go. I recommend Coral Reef.

Hidden Gem Exceeded Expectations

My son and I decided to join his friends and their moms for Spring Break at the last minute. As I needed to work some and I really didn’t know the other ladies very well, I wanted my own place. This condo was primarily chosen for it’s proximity to the house they rented and since I booked so late, I tried to keep my expectations realistic. We were so happy with this unit! The complex had a great community feel…the office staff were friendly and helpful and really made us feel like we were part of that community view from the condo was to die for. Although my son and I spent most of our time at their house, it was nice to have a place to get away from the fray when needed. The other moms enjoyed joining me for sunsets and beach action. We got pictures of our boys on the beach that we will treasure for a lifetime.

Over all disenchanted with our unit, the mattress is very old ..seriously needs to be replaced, we went out and bought a foam topper, helped a little. The couch is also very old...very old! I’d expect that for the money the unit would be updated every couple years. We will not rent this unit again.

Labor Day weekend

As always , never dissatisfied or disappointed, we have stayed at other condos and houses , many more exspensive, but coral reefs are our favorite , we haven’t even looked for another in past 3 years , beach is awsome , although condos at a bit older than some condition and cleanliness is far above others . Shopping , restaurants the whole package . We highly recommend A+ Rating with us . Thanks for always giving us a great vacation
