The Beach Awaits you at this Condo! 1 Bedroom + Bunk area, and an upstairs loft with 1 queen bed and 2 full beds. 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps10) in trendy Crystal Beach area. Coral Reef Club is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin within walking distance to shopping and some of Destin's best restaurants. This property is just a short drive to the Track Amusement Park and Big Kahunas Water Park. Take romantic walks on the Beach! Enjoy the Sunsets! Go Deep Sea Fishing in some of the most Beautiful Gulf waters you will ever see! This property is a favorite destination newly renovated and more charming than ever. The Condo is in a quaint three-story condominium complex that features a pool, shuffleboard, and charcoal grills. You will find it to be more private than some of the large multi-storied condos in the area. The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. This third-floor condo opens to your own private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. You can look out across the white sand dunes to the beach that seems like your own private beach! Enjoy your two beach chairs and an umbrella that is set up and waiting for you! (Beach Service is Seasonal) You and your family are sure to enjoy every minute here at Coral Reef Club, where the front desk staff and Beach Attendants are ready to help you in any way. The main floor master bedroom contains a king size bed, there are 2 bunk beds in the hallway alcove and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Plus, an upstairs loft with 1 queen bed and a separate room with 2 full beds. The upstairs also has a full bath! So, bring your friends and family! The unit has updated furnishings, 2.5 bathrooms, a washer/dryer in your unit for your use and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

We were able to set up tents behind the chair sets and it worked very well. The living room furniture is a little dated and dirty but the table in the kitchen seats 8 and was great for late-night game playing! Beds slept everyone well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was just like the pictures when you walked in the door. We had a party of 7 and it was a perfect fit for everyone. The beach is right there and we had plenty of room to play and walk around anytime of the day. The staff in the office (only ones I had to talk to) went above and beyond to help with anything. If I ever make it back to Destin this is the only place I will stay. It might be a little more pricey than some other places but the leaving is super simple and not a lot required upon leaving which helped since we had to leave at 5:00 am! My youngest granddaughter, who is 9, didn’t want to leave and said she would stay and clean the rooms and live there. Do not hesitate to book one of the rooms at the Coral Reef Club resort you will not be disappointed!

There was a pillow with black mold in the closet and we visit urgent care while on our stay and received medication for allergies. The pillows need to be replaced. I will stay again at Coral Reef but will ask specifically not to have this unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd visit to Coral Reef and absolutely love this place. Love the location, staff and convenience. But this unit definitely needed a good deep cleaning. For the cost we expected things to be a little more tidy and clean. We spent the first hour and a half cleaning the condo not including rewashing all the linens because it all felt damp. The ceiling fans, curtains and multiple walls had what appeared as many months of dust and hair built up on them. Every flat surfaced needed wiped, and none of the furniture seemed like it had been cleaned underneath. We even covered the furniture because of the stains and dirty feeling.

Nice & roomy

The only complaint was opening in front bedroom upstairs overlooking living room. There was no privacy. And the tv in bedroom with twin beds did not work. The pool is really small. But, kids & adults loved the easy access to the beach from the condo.

More than what I expected

Amazingly decorated and place was clean and roomie for only one bedroom and the other two sleeping areas a loft. Had a great view and the beach was amazing. Usually have to buy extra stuff as in towels and tissue and didn’t even need to buy any of that during my stay... I hope to visit again and would recommend coral reef club to anyone looking for a quick weekend get away to Florida..
