bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to four guests.
Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a postcard-perfect
view of the Atlantic Ocean from the large living room windows. The
well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable
self-catering stay.
The dining area features a dining set with seating for four, making it
the perfect spot to share an intimate meal. The spacious lounge is
furnished with stylish yet minimalistic décor, a comfortable L-shaped
couch, and a mounted flatscreen television equipped with Netflix as
well as free Wi-Fi within the apartment.
Guests will enjoy access to a communal outdoor swimming pool and a
shared braai area. Additionally, secured and covered parking is
available for your vehicle as well as 24-hour security and a personal
safe for any belongings you wish to safeguard.
The thoughtfully decorated main bedroom boasts the same ocean views as
the living area, is fitted with a comfy queen-sized bed and offers an
en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, washbasin with
vanity, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with either two
single beds or a three-quarter bed and makes use of a shared second
bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. Linens and towels are
provided with your stay.
If you’re planning to visit Strand in the Western Cape, there are
plenty of activities and attractions to enjoy. For starters, you can
visit Waterworld or head to the Cheetah Outreach to see these majestic
creatures up close. Alternatively, you can enjoy a relaxing walk on the
beach and soak up the beautiful South African sun.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
