Casa Caldiero - Il Riccio #1 Apartment With Two Private Terraces

The amazing view of the sea and the coast from our private balcony, that will be for your exclusive use, makes our apartment unique.
We’re located in the lower part of the town, in the pedestrian area and next to the sea: the clients can reach the apartment walking through the characteristic streets and stairs, which are one of the main attraction of Positano.

This apartments has 2 floors.

Entering the house, there's the living room which is very spacious, it has a stained glass window, which can be opened, with the sea view, a bathroom with shower and the washing machine, a very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal (microwave, espresso machine with capsules and pantry essentials such as oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar etc) and the main terrace.

On the terrace you can find a table with chairs, sofa and armchairs that will make it very easy to enjoy the peace and quiet of the panorama.

Going downstairs ( there are 10 steps), you access the lower floor where you can find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed which can be separated into 2 singles. Both of the bedrooms have direct access to the second terrace, from where you can also admire the sea.

The apartment has been recently renovated and all the rooms have air conditioning.

You can reach the apartment from two entrances: one is next to the sea (you have to climb about 50 steps) and the other one from the road (you have to go down about 350 steps).

SERVICES:
At arrival, I'll meet you all at the road where the driver will drop you off or if arriving by ferry down at the dock to make getting to the apartment easier and will organize the porters for you if needed.

We offer a nice bottle of wine, a few beers, a bottle of water and taralli so that upon arrival you'll have something cold and refreshing.
And also offer Coffee pods for the nespresso, fette biscottate which would be toast, jams and butter so for the first morning you'll have a little breakfast option.

For stays 7 days or longer, there's a mid stay clean which includes a change of sheets, towels and a quick clean of the apartment.

For stays of 5 days I'll have an extra set of bath towels for you.

If you would like to have maid service daily please let me know ahead of time for the availability of the maid and can organize it. She charges 20 Euro an hour.

This apartment accommodates up to 4 people max.


During the whole stay, the guests can count on the assistance of our staff, who will be at your disposal for any information.
The check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm: we always suggest you communicate your time of arrival in advance.
The check-out is at 10 am.
In case you arrive after 8 pm, we ask you to contact us beforehand so that the staff will be ready to welcome you. This service has an extra cost of €50 to be paid in cash at the time of arrival.
Moreover, there are cleaning fee of €80 and the tourist tax of €2,50 each night per person, all to be paid in cash at the apartment.
If you stay one week or longer, we can provide you with cleaning once a week upon your request.
