Deze villa ligt in de populaire wijk Cas Grandi en is de perfecte plek om écht tot rust te komen tijdens je vakantie. De woning ligt in een rustige buurt, maar toch lekker dichtbij populaire plekken zoals Jan Thiel en Mambo Beach (beiden op een paar minuutjes rijden). Je vind hier alles voor een relaxed en luxe verblijf: een privézwembad, een groot overdekt terras om samen te eten of te relaxen, en een open keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. De villa is ruim (249 m²), stijlvol ingericht, en voorzien van airco in alle slaapkamers. Extra handig: er is ook een appartement dat aan het huis vastzit welke ook voor je beschikbaar is als je met 7 of 8 personen reserveert. Ideaal als je met een wat grotere groep komt en af en toe wat privacy wilt. Dit appartement wordt nooit apart verhuurd aan andere gasten. En natuurlijk zijn er de basics zoals een wasmachine, goede WiFi, een oprit met automatische poort en genoeg parkeerruimte. Water en stroom gaan op nacalculatie, dit brengen we na vertrek in rekening. Kortom: een fijne, sfeervolle plek waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Een dagje strand, het eiland verkennen of gewoon lekker bij het zwembad relaxen in de zon, in deze heerlijke villa kan het allemaal!
Cas Grandi is een rustige en veilige woonwijk aan de oostkant van Willemstad, perfect gelegen tussen de populaire hotspots Jan Thiel en Mambo Beach. Binnen 10 minuten sta je op het strand, met je voeten in het zand en een cocktail in je hand. Ook watersportliefhebbers zitten hier goed: snorkelen, duiken of suppen, het kan allemaal op dit mooie eiland. Liever een cultureel uitje? Het historische centrum van Willemstad is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto en ligt op zo'n 10 tot 15 minuutjes rijden. Heerlijk rustig wakker worden, en daarna zó op het strand of in de stad, deze villa in Cas Grandi laat je het beste van het eiland meemaken.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property and would definitely come back. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made it easy to cook meals.The layout of the house was really well done with lots of space to hang out together but it didn’t feel crowded. The location was close to beaches, supermarkets and restaurants but we always felt good returning to our own piece of paradise. We really loved the outdoor space. We all spent alot of time in the pool but it was especially enjoyed by our 10 year old! There was even some pool toys which he had a good time using.We were introduced to the property by Hans and he and his wife Imca were always available if we had any questions. Overall, it was a great spot to enjoy the beautiful island of Curaçao. We would recommend to anyone who was looking for a relaxing property to stay.

This house is beautiful and the pool was so great! More maintenance of the property would make for a more enjoyable experience. There were mice, the door to the pool was broken, the showers didn’t drain properly. There was no net to use to scoop things out of the pool (there was iguana poop a few times). Imca and Hans the property managers were excellent, responsive and so helpful but I wish we didn’t have to contact them so much. To note the fourth bedroom and bathroom are a separate apartment in the house and only attached via the back yard. Though we had rented the whole thing the apartment was not cleaned and prepared for us. When we reached out about it they were prepared to resolve it right away but by then we had already settled into the main house and didn’t feel like getting one of our party members to move.

Thank you so much for your review. We’re really glad to hear that you found the house beautiful and enjoyed the pool. It’s one of the features guests usually love most, so we’re happy it stood out for you as well. At the same time, we’re sorry that several maintenance issues affected your overall experience, and we appreciate the chance to clarify a few things for future guests. First of all, our sincere apologies for the mouse. Unfortunately, this can occasionally happen in the Caribbean despite preventive measures, but we understand how uncomfortable it is and wish it hadn’t happened during your stay. We have also had professional pest control treat the property to ensure this is fully resolved for future guests. Regarding the pool door: it broke on the day of your arrival, during the changeover between guests. Because this happened late on a Friday, no technician was available during the weekend. We scheduled someone for the earliest possible date, Tuesday, but at that point you preferred not to proceed with the repair, which we completely respected. For the showers, we checked them while you were there and they appeared to drain normally at that time. We’re sorry to hear that this later turned out not to be the case, and the issue has since been fully resolved. About the separate bedroom and bathroom: the apartment itself had been cleaned, but due to a miscommunication it wasn’t opened for use at check-in, while this is normally always the case for guests. That is absolutely our mistake. We were only notified a few days into the stay, and by then you preferred not to move anyone, which we understand. Had we known earlier, we would have taken care of it immediately. We’re very happy to hear that Hans and Imca were able to assist you well. They always aim to respond quickly and help guests feel supported throughout their stay. Thank you again for your feedback, we will use this to further improve. We hope to welcome you back one day on our sunny island! 🌞
