Welcome to our spacious apartment above The Snakecatcher pub, ideally located in the heart of Brockenhurst, the perfect base for discovering the beauty of the New Forest. During your stay you will enjoy easy access to pubs, restaurants, shops, walking / biking trails, and the railway station, all within a 5-minute walk.

This modern and spacious home is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, sleeping up to 4 guests. The apartment is located above The Snakecatcher pub but has its own private entrance. While there may be some occasional noise from the pub or nearby road, the space is well insulated.

Fully Equipped Kitchen – Cook with ease using all the essential appliances, cookware, and utensils provided.

Twin Room – Two single beds with clothes storage and en-suite.
Main Bathroom – Includes a bath and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
Cot – Available on request for guests travelling with little ones (own linen required).
Parking – Free private parking for one car, with additional free on-street parking available nearby.
Towels and Linen – Fresh towels and bed linen are provided.
Private entrance via lockbox. Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat.
